They do offer two bays for self hand wash. Staff was friendly. I saw the car in front of me get significant prep by staff which I was excited about. Then my turn the staff was interrupted by another staff and literally got little prep. That was in my mind the no way I'm giving them a 5. After my wash I went to the self vacuum area which was tidy. The car was still very wet. The vacs worked fine, but the spaces seemed more condensed than others. The air sprayer to blow drops off is a huge bonus if working properly. It was actually blowing out condensation though. After finishing I wanted to make a left turn out to the highway which was impossible with heavy traffic. No big deal, I made a right to later pull a u-turn. After driving over 3 miles I finally made an illegal u-turn at highway 250. A 3 really seems to fit them well for my only experience.
