I would not recommend working at (Marble Slab Creamery) located at 4938 S Staples St, Corpus Christi, TX. My experience here has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. The management, particularly the owner, creates a toxic work environment that is both stressful and unfulfilling. There is a lack of support and communication, which makes it difficult to feel valued as an employee. Instead of fostering a positive atmosphere, the owner often engages in bullying and favoritism, which has created a culture of negativity among staff. Additionally, there are numerous safety concerns that are overlooked, including poor working conditions and excessive workloads without proper compensation. There is no room for career growth, and the overall lack of respect for employees' personal time and well-being is alarming. If you're considering a job here, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
