Although I didn't complain, the bartender noticed the delay and comped a round of drinks, which was appreciated. When the meals finally arrived, my wife's grilled chicken was significantly undercooked. She got a full bite of raw chicken. My lamb had good flavor but was inconsistently cooked, with rare pieces despite being ordered well done. On our previous visit, my mother-in-law ordered the crab cakes. Her meal was served about 25 minutes after the rest of the table, and the crab cakes contained almost no crab. She ultimately did not eat her dinner. She brought this to the manager's attention at the time, and no effort was made to correct the issue. This is now two visits in a row where I've watched family members leave without being able to eat their meals. The bartender clearly understands service, but the kitchen execution and management response are where things are breaking down. I'm sharing this in hopes that ownership or management takes a serious look at consistency, food safety, and follow-through. This restaurant used to be much better, and I'd like to see it get back there.
