They always get it just right! I love this place. The employees are nice also. I love it when I can come inside a business and get greeted with a Hello. If I don't get greeted I leave but they always speak when I come inside.

I've cream was delicious, Ice cream shop was clean, friendly and quick to make your ice cream. Many choices to choose from.

I preordered a Birthday cake Wednesday at 5pm for a pick up on Saturday 1pm which gives them plenty of time to get their Sh*t together... I get here at 2:20pm and they tell me my cake was NEVER MADE! WTF!?! They give me NO REASON, no inconvenience "I'm sorry", nothing! This is a birthday cake for a birthday was passed so I figured giving them three days was enough.

A cross section of the cookies n cream cake. As you can see, very sparse in terms of cookies.

Your typical marble slab. The service was good, the ice cream was good, but the cookies and cream ice cream cake we got was lame. The cake had very little Oreo in it. It was mostly just plain (sweet cream flavor?) ice cream with a small layer of cookies & cream near the top. A very thin layer of chocolate cake at the bottom. I wouldn't recommend this cake. Not sure if they're all like this or if I just got a dud.

I had not visited this location in years. This particular location of Marble Slab Creamery is tucked away in the corner of a large shopping plaza. It's in a busy and yet frequently visited part of Stafford. I used to frequent this spot much over a decade ago when it was a Cold Stone Creamery location. That place was awesome. This shoppe of MS creamery is just OK. The servers were friendly and let me try a few samples of ice cream. The flavors were just alright though. Many of the flavors were quite artificial in taste. But that's typically a given for a large chain spot such as this. I opted for the coconut flavor because it looked fresh in comparison to the other flavors. Creamy in taste and not that sweet. Mixed in some almonds as well into it. They serve cookies here but they are not that fresh. I picked up a red velvet cookie and it didn't taste good at all. Most of their cookies are just standard and all artificial. You can create a cookie sandwich. They also have large ice cream cakes. Lots of frozen delight's to choose from. Other than that, this spot is better for just a simple flavor of ice cream. You can't go wrong with flavors such as: chocolate, vanilla, or cake batter. Any mixins (toppings) are included with your ice cream. They also have waffle bowls and regular cone waffles. I'm glad this ice cream spot still exists in the neighborhood. The place was clean and the servers were kind. Hope they can continue to serve up decent sweet treats.

This is what my sister ordered: a strawberry ice cream in a chocolate dipped waffle bowl

If you're ever in the area and looking for a treat to beat the Texas heat. Ice cream is personally one of my favorite treats. what we got was a grand total of $19 and it was worth it. The ice cream tasted delicious.

horrible customer service. no manager present to help. got over charged for an ice cream that was never given. the concept of ice cream and unlimited mix-ins is nice but apparently some of the employees cant distinguish the different sizes.

My "small" cinnamon with cookie bits.

Pretty standard Marble Slab. A little on the smaller side, but plenty of tables and ordering space. The place was empty except for myself and my friend, but then again it was 1pm on a Friday. The man behind the counter was patient when I couldn't make up my mind and of course the portions here are huge. The price is a little steep- nearly $5 for the "small" I got, which on the other hand isn't small at all. I got cinnamon with cookie bits and it was like frozen soft serve snickerdoodle.

"His" medium cinnamon and "hers" small double dark chocolate.

This used to be a Coldstone Creamery until they started closing down a lot of their locations. I got a small double chocolate with walnuts, almonds, and pistachios mixed in. I was craving something chocolaty and nutty...and that was perfect, minus the saltiness of the pistachios that I ended up avoiding when I took my scoops. I loved the texture of the ice cream! It was perfectly melted to the point of being soft with some runny-ness but not soupy. I didn't have to use all my strength to scoop it, nor did I have to slurp it from my spoon. I love ice cream. :)

M&M cookies instead of the chocolate chip I ordered.

This is the type of spot you pay at the counter first and grab your own utensils etc. I was not interested in ice cream but was pleasantly surprised they sold Bò Né and man was it good! The plate came out sizzling and packed with flavor. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is because the employees have been less than friendly on the two occasions I've visited. The food and drinks are great but definitely could use some work on the customer service side.

They even had karaoke and party lights outside, it was definitely a cute vibe. The customer service is great, the girl up front let us sample all the flavors we wanted to try before selecting our 6 flavors for the small hot pot gelato. Honestly it wasn't worth it to me. The gelato flavors are interesting but they weren't great. They had a decent variety but a lot of them weren't my cup of tea. Paying $25 for 6 small scoops of ice cream some mini marshmallows, animal crackers, and two strawberries and 3 orange slices just was not worth the price. It was cute for the picture but that was about it. If I go back I'd probably try some of their food or their smoothies.

You're paying for the K-Pop Demon Hunter pop-up aesthetic, the upbeat vibes, the fast service, the themed menu. The desserts? Solid. The Pinky Up Parfait hits. One scoop of cappuccino ice cream comes generous and tasty. Nothing disappoints. But nothing revolutionizes dessert either. This is good execution in service of a limited time experience, not destination-level pastry work. And that's fine. That's exactly what a pop-up should be. The real draw is that everything works together. Vibe, music, service, and desserts that don't let the side down. It feels fun, not gimmicky. That's harder to pull off than you'd think. Bottom line. Pop-ups don't stick around. If the K-Pop theme is your thing and you want solid desserts in a fun environment, go now. If you're just looking for great desserts, permanent spots do it better.

This is not a place you go to just have lunch or something. This place is an experience. Some adults might find joy in here (like I do), but my children definitely did, and that's worth it. They came here with the same excitement that they had for disneyland so I'm really happy about that. We all liked the harry potter experience and some different anime type experiences as well that my children liked. The foods and drinks are on theme and although it's not cheap, it's definitely not as much as Disneyland. We came on the weekends, but during lunchtime, and I can see how they might be really busy during the dinner rush. Sometimes you might need a timed entry to go in, but thankfully, we have not since we've been going. I will say that it's quite small and gets cramped really fast. I just think the experience of it all is a really cool and I'm happy we have fun places like this around us in Houston.

The shaved ice itself was really nice and fluffy, with the condensed milk topping being VERY sweet yet not overpowering. The fruit toppings we got, for the most part, were good. The pineapple and cantaloupe were both okay, though I think they both could've been fresher, but the strawberry and mango were both really good and complemented the shaved ice. I also really enjoyed the strawberry ice cream on top. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it added another dimension to the dish. The coconut pudding, though, was quite disappointing, not tasting like much and overall just feeling like a random and unnecessary addition to the otherwise really good dessert. The ambiance here was the main issue. It is a little bit barebones and not very decorated, but that didn't bother me. What did though was the piercing high pitched noise of the electronics, which made it really hard for me to focus, and the flashing lights, which just made me feel really disoriented. Still, this place is a hidden gem in the Dun Huang Plaza compared to everything else around it, and is definitely worth a try!
