The large cherry limeades were flat and barely tasted like they had any cherry flavor. To make matters worse, I didn't receive a receipt, yet I was charged for items I didn't receive as ordered. This location needs to retrain its employees on customer service, order accuracy, and food preparation. The lack of attention to detail and poor food quality made this a complete waste of money. I will never visit this location ever again. The other Rosenberg location is far more superior. After this experience, I can understand why the other fast-food restaurant next door was crowded while this one was nearly empty.
