The nicest and sweetest girl helped me today! I had preordered a cookie cake to celebrate an occasion with my husband and walked into the store with my daughter and was greeted and helped. Clean store and there are a couple seating spots if you wanted to enjoy a dessert in store. To preorder the cookie cake, there wasn't an option online so I emailed the store and the manager of the store emailed and called me to create an invoice. Manager was super helpful via phone call. 10/10 would come back - i am personally not vegan but figured I'd still give this dessert place a shot. You cannot tell it's non vegan! The desserts are soooo customizable and so many options for topping and frosting flavors. Only opportunity this store has is to fix their phone line for better communication / questions instead of emailing or in store. read more

This is my second or third time here! This time I didn't know what to get so I asked the nice lady at the front for a recommendation and she told me to try the Richmond roll. The last time I came I had the biscoff one and that was very very good. The Richmond one was okay, I'd give it a 6/10, I think the brownie crumbles threw it off a little bit. Since we're in the fall, a good cinnamon bun will always hit the spot. We ordered two cinnamon buns. 1 was their seasonal fall bun and their pizza bun. The pizza bun was an absolute let down - It was nothing more than a glorified Lunchable pizza from back in elementary school. Its quite sad and underwhelming when it came out. You get your bun with pasta sauce and shredded cheese on top. Very simple, not complexed and definitely not up to what I was expecting to get. Hard pass on this one. The season fall bun was actually quite exquisite and delicious, filled with berries, crumble, syrup and most importantly, it filled up the entire container. This one I thoroughly enjoyed. The pricing on these cinnamon buns are more than I expected. However if you're in a pinch to scratch the itch of one of these guys, you'll pay for whatever for them. This was a random find when we were in the area and just looking to kill some time. Walking in, you're definitely greeted with the warm smell of cinnamon rolls that just makes your mouth water. This place is meant for decadent desserts and they definitely deliver on that. We got 2 rolls - one savory and one sweet. I will say, I actually preferred the savory roll a bit more than the sweet, just because it was too sweet for me. The savory roll was the pizza roll, which reminded me of a pizza lunchable on top of a bread roll. It was made to order, but I still wish the cheese was fully melted. It was still a bit chunky and cold, which is what made it feel like I was back in school eating a lunchable. Flavor was there, but execution could be better. The other one we got was the fall crunch which was an overload of the fruit, chocolate, and granola. It was just too sweet for me. I just tasted sugar, and if you're a big sweet fan, you might enjoy this, but it wasn't my favorite. The price was okay - a bit more than I expected at around $7-8 per roll, but I guess in this economy that's all expected. If I go again, I might just want to try a plain cinnamon roll to scratch that dessert itch. I stopped by to get a little treat. I got a cinnamon roll with almond frosting and walnuts. I will say the almond frosting is on point. It has nice almond flavor without being too terribly sweet. I love almond pastries. I wouldn't say it was the best cinnamon roll I've ever had but it was good. I'll also say the price is steep. The one I got was $6.23 and it was fairly basic. I thought about getting an order of the cookie dough but it is one scoop for $3 before tax. Didn't seem worth the price. I could get a tube of it at H‑E‑B. Checked out this local spot and it is Awesome.!!! Staff was super friendly, a guy offered to explain their customer favorites on the wall board and then their display of local favorites. Love that you can customize your cinnamon roll if you don't fit the selections. For those of you who don't like cinnamon rolls, they do cookies as well. They are also offering a few soft serve samples and the manager Michael today was super nice and gave us samples of the pineapple soft serve. What a delightful and delicious treat! At 8:15 this evening my daughter, who was visiting me from FL, was telling me about Cinnaholic. She saw that there was one about 20 miles from us in sugar land (we live in Katy) and suggested that we rush over to try it before they close at 9PM. When we walked in at 8:50 the young lady behind the counter greeted us very welcoming. She patiently waited for us to look over the options, answering all of our questions and offered suggestions when we asked. She quickly made our desserts and offered for us to even sit down and eat them there. Knowing that it was after their closing time we thanked her, but asked her to pack it to go. We apologized that we had walked in so late, explaining that it was a last minute decision and that we had come from so far. She was so excited that we had come all that way to visit, generously offered us an additional coffee bar. When we got home we enjoyed our delicious desserts, still discussing how friendly the young lady was. I will certainly return to Cinnaholic in Sugar Land. read more
