That service happened to fall on the weekend of the Super Bowl, the Rams vs Bengals, in Los Angeles.... So essentially an impossible task to put that together. I recently booked Marbled LA for our company holiday party and I'm so glad I did as they are absolutely amazing! Tro's customer service was fantastic. He was so quick and helpful with putting the menu together. I mentioned that we only had 2 vegans and he made a separate dish on the house. I had a big birthday bash that was planned very last minute for about 35-40 people on a Sunday. I called and emailed about 20 different companies and everyone was booked, closed on Sundays, or only would open for a larger event. Tro the owner responded to my email promptly and was very easy to work with and was more than accommodating for my last minute birthday bash. I wanted mostly hot appetizers to be passed out by my housekeeper and then to have a beautiful charcuterie and cheese spread. Tro made great suggestions to have a nice Mix of hot foods and the cheese and charcuterie spread was absolutely insane!!!! It was beautiful with a huge variety. They also had amazing crudité with different Mediterranean dips and the home made pita was amazing. They did an excellent job of recommending enough food for my size of party there was plenty but not so much I had a ridiculous amount of leftovers and nobody left hungry! So embarrassing to run out of food. And the delivery guy was very sweet. Can't remember his name but very sweet. I will most definitely be using Marbled La in the future for events. I was down to the wire to find an affordable caterer with substantial vegetarian options for my sister's engagement party, like less than 30 days out and found this company. Not only was Tro above and beyond when it came to communication, questions, quotes, and of course patience, the staff far exceeded my expectations; on top of the food being incredible! We had mostly veggitarian options that did not lack in flavor or presentation - definitely a hit - and the bacon wrapped dates were mindblowing! Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about Marbled LA. We had them do a drop off catering of their Korean meal plan with set up of chafing dishes for our wedding and it was so amazing! Tro was so communicative and checked in a couple times before the wedding to make sure everything was all organized. The crew member who set up our food was efficient and thorough. And the food.... The food was SO WONDERFUL. We had a wedding party of 13 people (two being vegan) and we were really trying to find a menu to service the mixed preferences of all our guests. Although there wasn't a lot of photographic evidence on here about the Korean Food Package, we went with it and oh my gosh it was all our families could talk about. My vegan sister and her partner devoured the Tofu galbi with gusto; they said it was the most amazing vegan food they've had at a wedding and felt loved and taken care of that we had gone with a caterer who made such good food that they could also eat (then they took all the leftover tofu haha)! While the "japchae" was made with vermicelli instead of potato starch noodles I know is traditional, it was still delicious and just as described on the menu options. The beef, pork, kimchi, and everything else was also so good! Everyone really loved the food and that made us both so happy to have gone with marbled La for our tiny wedding.
