I have seen this hardware go from one place to another, its current status is the best it's ever been. They offer incredible value and service on small gas engines. I have purchased a chainsaw, a Weedwhacker, and a blower from them, they have all been great. They are STIHL products, compared to other local small gas engine companies, this has been the best value. They recently fixed my pull start for $25. Where else can you have somebody work on your stuff for $25? I'm very grateful to have the store only a few miles from my house. They have a convenient section of common wood and other things that contractors may need locally so they do not have to go to the big box stores. On one occasion, I purchased a vacuum. And they price match the vacuum to Walmart which I thought was pretty good. Keep up the great work, We are very grateful to have you here in our neighborhood.

When walking in I made eye contact with one employee who ignored me and the other store employee also didn't acknowledge me at all. The paint samples were disorganized and missing colors. It's so disappointing to not even be acknowledged when walking into a store and treated like you are invisible.
