Went to Las Vegas with a bunch of girlfriends on December 2017. We found so much great deals. One particular gentleman stood out during our visit to this store. He was fast, He was attentive to our needs and most of all he was professional who made us laugh (he must of been a comedian his past life-hahaha) Anyhow, months later I was surprised to see a follow up email from him regarding our last visit....his name is Jose Hernandez-Lopez. ANGEL was such a great example of what customer service should look like. He is extremely attentive without making you feel pressured to find something you like. He even went as far as to tell me to put the display bag back and that he'd grab me all new items from the back. That means a lot to me. As for the rest of the employees they were absolutely sweet and hard workers. But I'm going to take my hat off to ANGEL. I was here recently browsing with my young daughter, neither of us touched a thing, but the associates (and there were many), were following us so closely to the point that we just left. While I am attentive to both their need to protect against theft and make sales, the whole experience was so off putting, I won't ever go back . The irony, as well, is that there are signs to enforce social distancing, but apparently that doesn't apply to the associates. read more

MBMJ lovers rejoice! I stumbled upon this store while shopping at the outlets in Vegas and felt like apart of me died and went to heaven. Come to find, its a fairly new addition to the LV Premium Outlets that opened about 2 months ago. It is located directly across the way from the new Tory Burch location. They carry a great selection of MBMJ ranging from clothes, shoes, bags, accessories. I'm a huge purse girl and found that they have quite the selection of bags in somewhat normal neutral colors. Most Marc lovers know that you can find pretty decent deals at Nordstrom Rack, Off 5th, etc but they're usually weird loud colors. Best thing yet was all their items were 40% off! At the outlet they actually had popular bag styles like the Karlie, Percy, Ukita, Natasha (regular size and mini), etc in regular colors such as Cement, Black as well as other unique blues and greys. Most of the styles they had were of the previous season style which have the regular classic hardware. I was able to walk away with a black Percy Flap originally priced at $248 for $160! Good customer service but seems like they work off of commission. There was an asian girl that had helped me and she would say pretty generic things like 'oh that style would look cute on you, that bag would look cute on you' she pretty said it for every bag I picked up. You can tell she was really pushing for the sale but I was already a woman on a mission and wasn't going to leave without a new bag. The girl was very patient though and laid out all 3 bags I was torn upon to help me decide. She calculated how much each would be to help me narrow down which one I REALLY wanted which was helpful. Nice thing about it was they have a free Pacman machine in the back. Nice perk for my boyfriend who kept himself entertained with it while i spent a good 20 minutes going back and forth trying to decide what to buy. I was told by the worker there's only 2 MBMJ outlet stores in the entire US and this was one of them! Will def. be a must stop shop for whenever I am in Vegas! read more

I was greeted right when I entered only because I think they noticed the MJ bag that I had. I didn't catch the sales associate's name that helped me but she was nice. She was a little aggressive at times (I found out that they work on commission of course) but was friendly with her small talk. The other sales associates were just standing around and they kept talking about the other customers in the store. That's a big no-no in the world of retail. In any case, there was a great selection of items, they inform you about the sale items and they inform you about the products that you are about to purchase - final sale, even exchange only. I have purchased many bags here. Also purchased wallets, coin purses, sunglasses, perfume, makeup, keychains, jewelry, clothing, shoes..you name it, i've purchased it here. The sales associates are either very aggressive or they ignore you. I understand you want to make the sale but DAMN they follow you around and ask if you need help a gazillion times if you get the shark-ey ones. It makes me feel uncomfortable going in alone. Then, if you don't purchase anything, they give you a certain look as you're leaving the store and i'm sure they talk a bunch of crap about you when you leave...caught them doing it before. Too bad, because I purchase a lot from you guys so maybe sometimes when I go in, I don't want anything since i've seen the selection. Sucks, because I love the merch here and i'm in Vegas quite often for work and shopping. While some of the sales associates are awesome, the rest either stand around and ignore you and the others are so crazy that it goes above good service and it's just scary...that I feel overwhelmed and end up buying stuff elsewhere. I bought my last two bags and jackets at Rag and Bone and All Saints because their service was overall better. I am all about great customer service and the right vibe when shopping. Prob will go back since I love the merchandise, but I have to brace myself before going here. I have worked in retail and management over 10 years, so I know the fine line between being overpowering vs. helpful. The ones that ignore you and talk smack about you, well, they shouldn't work there. There's so many great sales associates that could potentially work at Marc Jacobs outlet vs. some of the snotty employees that currently work there that think you're a waste of their time unless you purchase something. read more
