I had a terrible experience at this shop, a few days ago i went in because i wanted my septum pierced. Billy - a tattoo artist at that shop, not sure if he's a certified piercer did my piercing. He completely must have had an aneurysm or went into a full blown seizure while doing my septum piercing. He was very bland, very rude, not professional what so ever. For starters, he did not even pierce my septum area, he pierced below my septum area... and as you can imagine that is not where a septum is supposed to be, not only is that UNSAFE but completely inexcusable. He stated that my nose didn't have enough skin to work with- so if he was uncomfortable piercing my septum he could've easily turned me down. I didn't even know he was piercing below my septum until it was done. Also he marked underneath my nose and never wiped away the marking, as common sense you are supposed to... I previously had a good experience with Marc, he did my tongue piercing but otherwise please do not go to billy for your piercings!!! Let alone i don't even think you should go to this place if they hire people that will just stick a needle through your body and eyeball the piercing as if they know what they're doing when they simply don't. I'm not sure if he was under the influence or something or simply just wanted to put me through some extra pain for some quick cash, as you can imagine piercing through a very sensitive area like that can be extremely painful and i was losing a lot of blood. Afterwards, i told him and he continued to say if he went any higher he would've hit the hard spot in my nose. Now today i went to a different piercing place and they approved that it was completely unprofessional and done completely wrong and that i had plenty of skin to work with. I am extremely disappointed and i will not be coming back here. They will not reimburse me, he offered to redo my septum but as you could imagine i would not want him to redo it. So, In fact i'll be contacting Better Business Bureau. 100% do not recommend. It's almost like it was a blind person attempting to pierce me the best they could. read more

I went in to get a nose piercing. They were definitely not welcoming at all and had attitude. The person who did the piercing was unprofessional and didn't explain to me anything before piercing my nose. He literally told me if I get an infection you can buy my saline wash. Why are you even thinking about if I get an infection beforehand?????? He pierced my nose and I bled profusely and it hurt like hell! He put in a spiral piercing in my nose and it kept popping out of my nose so I went back to him to tell him that this is not normal and I was starting to form a keloid/infection. He then told me I have to be charged $10 to put it a new piercing! SO DAMN RIDICULOUS! After a week of putting a new stud and piercing in my nose my nose ring fell out of my nose and my cartilage in my nose closed right away! The worst piercer and worst experience!
