Today I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. When I walked in, the impression I got was "artsy", but a bit intimidating with the loud music and the fact that I don't go into piercing/tatto shops often. I did wait about 3 minutes before anyone even approached us at the counter, so that was awkward, and I recommend that staff at least greet costumers right away. I went for the $25 piercing sale. I didn't realize that it was $25/ear, so maybe for the future they should write that in the fine print as I bet like myself, not everyone is aware of that. The jewelry is included in the price which is nice. You don't get to pick any type of option for jewelry- it's a standard diamond/stainless (or titanium?? Not sure). They asked to see my daughters birth certificate as well as my ID. The lady helping us at the counter was very polite, professional and warm. The piecer was wonderful and very kind to my child. She gave her a headband and candy at the end. Overall, the staff were all wonderful. The piercing went quick and smoothly. If I needed another piercing, I would come here again! read more

Place looks cool on the inside but I was pierced incorrectly. They had a special going on for Easter and I came in with my friend to get some piercings done. When I sat on the chair the piercer cleaned my ear with alcohol and marked my ears. He had me check in the mirror to make sure they were even (lobe piercing on both sides). When I confirmed the placement he sat me back down on the chair and immediately went to pierce my right ear. He didn't wipe my ear again after I was repeatedly touching it. I noticed and was going to say something but I don't like being "that person" who tells someone how to do their job. Once he finished the first side, he went to my left side and did the same thing except this time it hurt more. He told me it was a "bleeder" and wiped it off before letting me go. They were both sore on Sunday and Monday, by Tuesday my right side was only sore when I needed to clean it but the left side was still a pulsing pain especially in the back. I took a picture of the back of my ear to really look at the piercing and I realized that my left side was pierced incorrectly. All of my other piercings go straight through but this one was going diagonally. I tried to ignore it but it was so painful that I decided to just take it out. I had my coworker take it out for me and the second she removed it, it started leaking a lot of blood. Mind you, I'm a phlebotomist so blood isn't a problem for me. I also work in a BUSY environment where I am required to use needles all day so I understand the pressure that comes with it. But just because it was busy, doesn't mean you should lower the quality of YOUR work. Those piercings were NOT sterile. Now I have to deal with the consequences and pain of a dirty needle stick. The vibe is dope, however, it's been almost a year since I got my nose pierced there. The nose ring sank into my nose and created a keloid inside of my nose there is still there. The girl who did my piercing DID NOT use the tool to hold the nose so it wouldnt be crooked. Now I am thinking I might have to let my piercing close because it was not done correctly. Should have known that going to a shop that claims that have a special on piercings as cheap as it was it was going to be messed up. I have another piercing that was done correctly and healed with no problem. They either need training or to sit out on the piercing. read more

I've gone in to get my industrial bar, belly ring, and my doubles re-pierced, while the belly ring and doubles are still healing I have no complaints. My bar healed beautifully, my belly ring has healed enough to change (with jewelry bought from there) and looks fantastic, and my doubles show no signs of irritation or infection. The workers there are have been so helpful and kind, they are quick when piercing you which is incredibly helpful as I get nervous of needles and super clean environment. Definitely will continue to be my go too when getting piercings :) read more

0-10 came in there with my mom just to get a little nose piercing. The lady took my id and all and didn't look at it twice. She gave my a consent form and then I passed it to my mom to sign and then she was like how old are you I said 17. She then informed me that I couldn't get it even though I have a parent present. I wanted to get a piercing done here, but Hell would freeze over now. The employees of this business have absolutely no regard for handicapped individuals like myself. In blatant disregard for the law, they are constantly parking in the area next to the handicapped parking space, which is marked \\\\. This space is meant for vekicles with ramps for wheelchairs to allow the mobility challenged access to their vehicle. Police have been called several times, but these people don't care. Went in for a BOGO valentines tattoo with a friend and they said it was only for valentines tattoos, no big deal, right? We ask the lady if we can do one tattoo on each of us and it still be BOGO, she says yes, we pick tattoos, the tattoo artist not only says no, but says the charge for each tattoo would be $100 (tiny, less than an inch, cartoonish, non-colored tattoos) so I just get a different tattoo by myself like an idiot. First off he doesn't have different needle tips, second he didn't sanitize the needle, third he didn't have me sign a consent form or check my ID (should've walked out there). He was quick and it actually looked good when it came out, so I cleaned it, kept it moist with aquaphor, and kept it covered. Still got infected a few days later and after two weeks of antibacterial treatment, it's faded and the solid sections are blotchy (because he used a basic single-needle and tried to just color in the lines with the ink like it was a scantron) it's so unfortunate cause the artists themselves are chill and the vibe of the interior design is dope. Never coming back, and you should avoid this place like the plague. read more

My cousin went her to get belly button pierced! HORRIBle. I saw the piercing and it is very swollen and sunken into her skin. She asked for a refund and was only offered to be pierced again. They messed up my sister's belling piercing, acknowledged they messed up, and told her to take the piercing out herself. They basically pierced too much skin/ the post was too short and it became extremely swollen. She showed them pictures and the shop said to take it out. She asked if they would provide a refund or if they could use a longer post for the piercing & the shop said no to both. So basically, it's just money lost. They didn't offer anything to rectify THEIR mistake. As the expert, the piercer should've known not to pierce the jewelry so tight on the skin. I wouldn't recommend. They're inexperienced in both piercings and professionalism. I would never recommend them. read more

I'd give no stars if I could. To sum it up, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! The girl in there has ZERO clue what she's doing. I went in last Friday for a nose piercing and when I was called to receive mine, the piercer wiped my nose and pierced it without even marking it or allowing me to even prep myself. My nose bled for at least 10 minutes afterwards AND the fucking piercing is crooked! Luckily I didn't have to pay because she was too busy worried about an influencer coming in there that she couldn't even remember to ring me out. I came here in January with my bf for their sale 40$ piercing and 100$ tattoos I got a belly ring but we had to wait 3 hours just for the tattoo artist to see him. After we came back at the 3 hour mark the tattoo artist (his name was Jose) kept trying to change the design to just the words and said he couldn't even do it that day and he wasn't charging us the promised price of 100, He wanted 240.We just left after that. But throughout my healing process for my belly ring was not good at all. It turned black and a huge irritation bump came up and when I went back to them to change it so it could heal better they did not were gloves when grabbing the jewelry from the drawer. I went there almost 2 months ago with a friend of mine after we saw a piercing discount ad on instagram. The place was good looking and the welcoming really nice. I'm used to have a lot of piercing and have never shown any complications in the healing process. However, after a little over two moths a little ball appeared on my piercing and so did my on my friend's one. We decided to get our usual piercer's advice and she noticed that first of all , both of our piercing weren't straight which made it harder to heal. Secondly my friend's one had to be removed because it was getting too infected and even if healed because it was not well pierced will continue to show some signs of irritation. For mine, the jewelry given was of poor quality and too long to help it heal properly, so i had to change it with a better one given from my usual piercer. I would not recommend the place, when discounts pop up on a weekly basis it has to be questionable at some point. Don't lose your time trying to save money, because if it heals badly you will regret your decision. read more

If I could rate no stars I would. I went to this shop for back dermal piercings. It was an unwelcoming atmosphere, the music was blasting leaving me unable to speak to my piercer. She didn't ask any precaution questions, no warnings, nothing. She barely said anything to me and it felt very rushed. And on top of it all, my piercings came out lower than I wanted and uneven. Then when I tried to voice my concerns and get in contact with them, no one would answer the phone. When someone did finally answer the woman on the phone said she would leave my number for the owner to call back. I never got a call. The piercing was $200 and they refused to fix it upon request. I've had a lot of piercings, I've been to a lot a piercing shops, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. read more
