Got their $7.99 one topping large pizza, medium BBQ chicken pizza and the antipasto salad, total was $26 and some change. Everything was so delicious, definitely greasy but that's how I wanted my pizza today. The pepperoni was better than the chicken pizza but both were good. The salad was surprisingly good too. So my family recently moved into the city and we've been trying new places to eat at/deliver from when we don't feel like cooking. The first pizza place we tried was literally down the street from us (I won't mention the name), but it wasn't until my coworker mentioned and recommended a pizza place that it piqued my interest as my family, especially my brothers, tend to order pizza at least once a month. That same day I mentioned this "pizza" place but didn't remember the name so when I saw my coworker again after maybe almost a month I asked him for the name and sure enough, checked Yelp, sent it to our family group chat, and ordered pizza from here that very same day (yesterday) for dinner. Prices are a bit up there but you won't be disappointed. 2 medium pizzas and 2 garlic breads fed us 7 adults and 1 child. I ordered the specialty pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and pretty much everything on it as well as the Alfredo pizza. The family and I had a short debate/discussion on which pizza place we preferred. The family enjoys both places so ultimately it came down to pricing. The other place won of course, but personally I'd choose this place over the other because even though the pizza had so much on it, it did not feel heavy or too salty on the pallet versus the other pizza place. I'll be ordering from here again and I definitely recommend you order from here at least once just to try! Also, the workers are very friendly. I want to mention that if you order online like I did, it only gives you the option to pay with cash, but when I went in to pick up, they asked me if I wanted to pay with card or cash. This review is long overdue and is the main reason why i downloaded yelp. This is the only place i will eat pizza from, i dont really like the taste of other place's pizza. Ive been eating here for more than 10 years, they have really great prices and always look for the best coupon to apply to my order without me even asking them to. Sometimes they even inform me that if i add something i will qualify for a coupon that makes the price even cheaper (more food for less money) :D today i got a cheese cake and a fettuccine with chicken, it comes with garlic bread and parmesan. Everything is warm and tastes great so no complaints here as usual, i really suggest everyone try this place at least once, its really worth it. read more

Unfortunately, they are going down hill. We've ordered from Marcello's for over two decades, but tonight that relationship is probably over. Ordered two medium pizzas, like we have for forever, and the final product definitely were not medium sized pizzas. I called because I wanted to find out if they just downsized their pizza sizes. During my inquiry over the phone, the guy covers the mouth piece and says, "Some guys saying he ordered medium pizzas and we gave him smalls. Says they're too small" Someone in the background says, "That's his f#:'n problem, not ours. Tell his azs to get a f"!:n large next time if a medium is too small for him." We've been ordering pizza from Marcello's for about 6 years and our last 2 visits have not met the standards we've experienced in the past. The regular staff that has made our experience the only pizza parlor we've ordered from has not been seen in several months. Today I placed an order for 3 xl pizzas and when our daughter arrived to pick up our order they said no order had been placed. Sadly, the new owner is not staffing the busy shop with adequate employees to keep up on all the orders and deliveries that are coming in. I'm hoping the old staff comes back and that they up their staffing so business can continue to be what we've come to love. read more

It was another exhausting weekend and realized it was close to 9pm , and we haven't eaten dinner. By this point your food options are limited when you're grubby / in a aggravated mood from working around the house alllll dam* day. These are the perfect time's for Pizza Delivery!!! We just received in the mail a advertisement and the photos looked yummy. We decided on their Marcellos Special. It includes a small pizza 6 slices with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, ground beef, onions, black olives, bell peppers and extra cheese. That's 8 toppings! 1 order of spaghetti & meatballs with 2 slices of garlic toast. First the pizza - Not one of our favorites, but good for the price & when you're starving. Maybe next time no onions , & bell peppers but the crust was yummy - fluffy /doughy crust . Second the spaghetti & meatballs - was good. It satisfied the craving. Third the New York cheesecake - Not made in house. Pre packaged from Jon Donaire, Excellent! Delicious! Very disappointed. I was craving wings & pizza & my husband wanted to try this place he had seen. Ordered 1/2 pepperoni & mushrooms & half olives for me daughter who doesn't eat meat. I've never seen such tiny and paper-thin mushrooms on a pizza. Can't even be considered a topping since there was barely anything. Ate as soon as we got it and the dough was chewy like defrosted frozen pizza. But first let me tell you how much grease I had to take off. Granted I know cheese is oily naturally but there were puddles of oil on the pizza I had to grab towels to soak it up. Ordered buffalo wings. Not bad, I like how they're baked but not spicy at all & I like spicy which is why I order buffalo. Cheesy bread was very bland & I LOVE CHEESE! So not worth the $40 I paid. I have to say that tonight marked the last time I ever consider Marcello's Pizza. With many more options in the area i.e. Graziano's, Papa Murphy's, etc. , we will be getting our pizza elsewhere. While placing my order, I asked for my wings extra well done. We like them crispy, so we always ask for them extra well done regardless of where we are. After getting our order delivered, I open the wings and they are burned to a crisp. Literally looked like charcoal. I mean seriously, if I'm an employee there, these would never make it to someones house, after seeing what these wings looked like. I took one bite and had to spit it out. I called the location to let them know the wings were not edible, and they proceeded to tell me that that is the way I ordered them and other people order them that way as well. I was told "We aim to please, and cook the food the way we are asked to. ..." Well, if you aim to please, you would realize you have an unhappy customer on the phone that is saying the wings they brought were not edible and you would do something about it. Nothing was done or offered and they proceeded to basically tell me I was "S" out of luck. I then said that we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future, and the man on the phone didn't seem to care. Good food and reputation can only get you so far, but when you employee people that know nothing about customer service and taking care of those that are taking care of you, you will eventually see the decline in sales. We have many more options in Eastvale/Norco now for pizza and they are all great options. So this place has the most ABSURD policy imaginable. A friend of mine in their delivery area just got stuck working graveyard with no food and has class right after so she will be going over 12 hours without food. I called for a delivery and they REFUSED to allow me to place the order and pay for it via credit card. I was trying to surprise her and they are telling me that they NEED an imprint of the card. I work for a pizza place and you do not need that especially if someone submits the order online with ALL of the correct information like expiration and cvv code. The manager refused to assist me and basically told me I was SOL. This place is a black mark on restaurants and I will never consider giving them my business again. read more

My husband and i just moved across the street from this pizza place. We've ordered 3 times from them now (all pick-up) and so far, so good. I wouldnt say its the MOST AMAZING PIZZA ever, but its pretty good, consistent, and priced well. So far we've tried: Pizza: 3-4 stars (pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom) its pretty good, the dough is really good, not too thin but not too doughy. Im just not a huge fan of their cheese, it just doesnt taste amazing. As for toppings, they give a pretty consistent amount, not too shabby. Salad: 4 stars the salad was great because they will put all the yummy fresh veggies they use on their pizzas on the salad. dressings are your typical ranch and Italian, but could use more than the little cup they give. Spaghetti w/meatballs: 3-4 stars the flavor is actually pretty good. The meat sauce has a nice tang/spice to it without it being spicy at all (i cant handle ANY spice). The meatballs seem to me like they are the ones from costco, which i actually like, but they only give a few tiny ones. Lastly , the spaghetti has been partially dried out both times ive gotten it. I actually like "al dente" but crispy is another category. All in all, they've been pretty good. Never had to deal with management like these other reviews so cant speak on that.
