I am deeply sad to post a negative review, ever. I like to focus on the positive aspects. But, this poor establishment has gone down to the the pits of poor quality food and even worse service. There has always been a "cranky" aspect to the ownership... I just let it slide. But, soggy undercooked wings, not as much meat on the once delicious sandwiches, and consistently BURNED pizzas have me done trying. Im not wasting my money to just throw food away. I don't even know where to begin. We had our team's end of season pizza party there. When I got there, nothing was reserved for us. After waiting around for 15 minutes, I spoke to the manager, and he told me that the party ahead of us will be leaving soon. As other reviewers mentioned, this place lives up to its name "Crusty". Dingy inside, looks like it is mostly used for storage now. My kids love the little personal pizzas for $8 for a cheese pizza with four slices. Love their deals as they usually have one. Placed my order via phone and they said 20 minutes, but I think a usual customer came in and he got my food before me. When I finally got my food it was about 45 minutes later. My kids were busy with the arcade game so it wasn't too bad waiting, but it seemed like forever. My only gripe is my credit card was hacked and I am 100% sure it is from this place. I activated my card that morning, went to Crusty's, didn't use it again and two days later it was fraudulent charges. There was one man in line ahead of me, drinking a beer at the pickup counter, which I found odd at first, but it soon made sense. The man stood there, and he stood there, and stood there until finally... he stood there some more. All the while, the two people behind the counter scurrying around to fill plenty of orders I can only assume were coming from Door Dash or something similar, seeing as how there was just me, the guy ahead of me, and now the two guys who walked in after us. We stood there and stood there, never having been acknowledged by either person behind the counter, which is odd since you can't miss whole entire actual human beings standing directly in front of you, in full view, one foot away. As I was standing there, the man ahead of me was purposely making eye contact with me. I'm not sure if it was a call for help or a warning, but I soon found out it was a warning. While standing there for so long, I had no choice but to observe my surroundings. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lettuce and salad strewn around the floor of the kitchen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cook looked like he'd worked 67 days straight in a battlefield kitchen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The lettuce which didn't hit the floor was in a container near the salad-prep area and looked pretty wilted. Then I watched the pizzas come out. It looked like they'd cooked the pizzas with a flamethrower. They were sad, charred pizzas. Not just a little burnt on the edges. I can only imagine what people must think when they finally receive a long awaited pizza just to receive an inedible piece of charcoal. And it wasn't for a lack of trying, at least not on the cook's part. The guy never stopped moving. The lady on the other hand- still having not acknowledged my existence nor reassuring the man in front of me that his order was up next or anything like that- she answers her cell phone and proceeds to argue with a very immature husband or possibly a child about how she's "trying to get out of here" and if he is "seriously going to do this right now." I'm left puzzled as to why this woman would want to leave ONE PERSON in charge of a whole entire restaurant on a Saturday night at dinner time, but some people's work ethic, ya' know? I listened to her argue with the person on the phone for a few minutes, still never acknowledging me or the other patrons. The man, FINALLY receiving the world's worst pizza that took entirely too long to make- finishes his beer and leaves pretty pissed off, and now I understood why he was drinking the beer at the pickup counter: not only was the restaurant disgustingly dirty (table tops, floor, etc), he didn't want to sit down and chance them forgetting about him because obviously they won't even acknowledge you exist, let alone be proactive and tell you that your order is ready. He gave me a look on his way out (or should I say ESCAPE) that seemed to say RUN! I did just that. I wasn't going to order salad or wings after seeing that little shop of horrors... and after seeing the black discs that were once supposed to be pizza- I wasn't going to order pizza either. So I left. Still never ever having been acknowledged. I stood there a good ten minutes at least, and they never so much as said hello, let alone take my order. All in all- I give Crusty's a 1/10. I would not even recommend starving children in Africa eat here. I can only imagine Door Dash or something like that is keeping them open, because people ordering here have clearly never set foot in this filthy restaurant. Neither employee ever acknowledged I existed. They didn't say hello. They didn't even say, "Hi! How are you? I'm so sorry! We are really short staffed and we just received a huge pizza order on Door Dash. You're welcome to stay but you're looking at a 45-minute wait." That would've been the appropriate thing to do in a small establishment like that, that's currently overwhelmed beyond their capacity; instead, they simply ignored me, which might be the nicest thing anyone's ever done for me if I'm being honest, because god forbid I actually ordered food! read more

Located by the Norco college, Crustys pizza will be your one stop shop for lunch or dinner. The pizza here is really good and the price isn't too bad either. I called for delivery and got exceptional service when ordering the pizza. I ordered one pizza pepperoni, one sausage and one sausage, onions and mushrooms. The company was able to accept credit cards over the phone and got the pizza delivered in a timely manner and the pizza was hot.
