Had to drop down the stars to 2. I do like their pizzas. But I ordered one that was never delivered, and manager said she submitted a credit request twice. That never happened. So I was charged almost $50 for a pizza and cheese sticks I never got. Order was about 5 weeks ago, so I'm assuming the credit for the un-delivered order will never happen. Good pizza, but go in to the place to get it and pay for it. Their online ordering setup is not up to snuff. read more

Marcello's pizza is an excellent value. You get really good pizza with sufficient toppings. They actually use a lot of cheese, not like the big name outlets. We've been ordering pizza from here for years (over 10) now. Only downside was that they had to close a location that was closer to us, however we are okay with making the trip to get their pizzas. Staff has always been super nice, food is great. This location is always busy, a good thing with Covid going on. They do practice social distancing asking patrons to wait outside, they deliver the pizzas to your car. Staff wears masks. So glad this location has survived and is doing well. read more

Our go to for pizza as they seem to have one of the best in the area. The deals online are great and worth using if you're ready to pick up your order! The store is small and doesn't have any room for dine in but it's great for pickup. The workers are usually very polite and quick with assisting you. The pizza is tasty, real cheese, fresh toppings and a great crust. We've tried their salads and wings as well. Nothing over the top but satisfying for your pizza and wings craving. When ordering delivery it's pretty quick but you do have to pay a delivery fee. Downside, they close early... 8 pm. So those late night pizza cravings won't be fulfilled here. read more

Called on 4th of July as our favorite pizza place was closed. Ordered online, simple enough. We were just outside their delivery zone (5 mi) but they were willing to deliver. I didn't want to impose so went to pick up. Pizzas, meatballs and salad were ready on time. I assume it was the owner, discounted my order by applying coupons and specials that I either missed or he was just being quite nice and I appreciated with a good tip. While we will still go to our favorite pizza joint, we were not disappointed in the pizza. They offer thin, thick, stuffed and glitter free crusts. You can even requests the crust to be under done or well done. Plenty of toppings spread on pizza , pizzas were all correctly made with options requested, meatballs were good and the salad (regular) was large enough for 3 bowls. Dressing containers could be a bit larger so ask for extra. If I loved a bit closer we would likely go back more often but for the people who live in the area, great little spot with friendly staff. read more

I waited until I had at least 4-5 visits to this place before giving a review. If you are a fan of Pizza Hut, this will be your jam - better quality, same type of pizza. If you like thin crust pizza or "NY style", don't go here. I have ordered "well done", "extra well done", and even "when you think it's done - it's not, so leave it in"... and every time it's a floppy, chewy mess of a pizza. See photos (this was "extra well done") This place uses a conveyer oven, so you can't really get a crispy underside. Their regular crust is better because the thickness holds it together. What is sad is that I usually will take the thin crust home, and throw it in a pan on the stove for 5 min to get a crust on the bottom of the pizza - and it's actually got decent flavor and isn't greasy. It's quick, it's cheap, they're bangin out pies... if your kids are under 16 they probably won't care anyway. 2 large pizzas under $20 can't really be matched - just don't get the thin crust, or your hopes up. read more

This has to be the worst managed place there is out there. This review isn't solemnly off 1 experience but my 4th experience, IN A ROW. They constantly are forgetting items we asked and paid for and incorrectly making the pizza. Today has to be the cherry on top of everything. The pizza was made wrong, they forgot our 3 extra ranch, then also forgot our soda. Not to mention the wings are practically burnt. I tried calling and telling them about the situation but the rude female manager insisted in bringing extra pizza. 30 min later, we are over it and I called insisting in a refund for the things we DID NOT RECEIVE, she did not want to. Ordered pizza online and they never delivered it. They closed early and I didn't know that but their online system let me place the order and told me that it would be delivered in 55 minutes. Over an hour later I called, no answer. Looked at the website and realized they closed at 8. Not believing it because what pizza place closes at 8 on a Tuesday? I drove over there and the place was locked up and dark. The fee for two pizzas, a chicken salad and a 2liter soda was taken from my bank account. I called today 12:36 and was told that the manager wasn't in and he would give him the message. It's 1:44 pm and still no call. I don't know if the staff saw my order and the address and said nope because of the hour of the evening but you guys took my money. Refund or charge back is gonna happen. I've been ordering from Marcello's Pizza for over 20 years. I ordered a Chicken Alfredo Pasta & they gave me an Alfredo Pizza instead? My daughter grabbed a slice while I was calling them back to have them deliver an Alfredo pasta to me, but they refused to givd me a complimentary pasta since there was a slice taken from it even though they told me it would be discarded anyway? I am outraged with the extreme differences in prices for delivery VS pick up. I recently again ordered a pizza. Definitely i noticed a huge bump in prices. So I went into the establishment myself curious as to why the prices have gone up. I was immediately disappointed. To my surprise, the prices in store are different from the website. This is false advertisement. Furthering my research I found out the original owners sold the establishment to "Out of towners." The loyalty here is a shame. Have NEVER had Marcello pizza before, I'm a dominos girl. BUT I'm definitely switching over The pizza crust is nice and fluffy with a crunch. Sauce is nice and flavorful. As soon as I walked in Armando was nice with a smile, although o wasn't ready 2 mins later was asked by Jack if I needed anything it was nice to be acknowledged 2x within 5 mins of walking in. Also I enjoyed watching Tim making the pizza with the old-school technique reminded me of my father. Customer service was AMAZING and EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. I don't live in Norco but I'll drive for this specific location. A 5 star rating would do more if I could. definitely recommending this place read more
