The next day, first thing in the morning, I was contacted via phone and the owner of the company would arrive at our house to give us an estimate for repair this afternoon. Michael the company's owner, arrived and looked at the valve and gave me the estimate with a 1-year warranty on workmanship. I asked for estimates with other companies, Water Whitchers Lawn & Sprinkler Repair Company's estimate was reasonable and offered a better warranty, so we decided to go with them. A couple days later Michael the company's owner came by and did the replacement himself. It took Michael less than half an hour to complete the replacement. He replaced, our system with a brand-new solenoid valve, filter and pressure regulator. I waited several days to make sure the valve and fittings did not leak and it was perfect, no leaks. Michael was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, very professional, personable, down to earth and he answered all of my questions and he actually adjusted my Rainbird system to make it run more efficiently.
