Review from 2019: I unfortunately never actually got to meet Todd or visit his business but i will rate him 5 stars for his unbelievable outstanding customer assistance. I live in New York and was in desperate need of saving my sheepskin carpet that had dog urine stained on it. When google searching for answers, I stumbled upon a forum in which Todd wrote to another desperate customer in a similar circumstance. Todd was kind enough to provide his number on that forum and asked the guy to reach out to him to see how he could help. Todd was more than happy to assist me as well despite living miles away! I did not use a mat or soft wheel casters for my office chair, and so damaged laminate in one of my rooms, but even this took 8 years. All other rooms are still doing fine with some years left to go, with only the dining room showing some bubbling, which is fully expected for mid-range laminate installed almost a decade ago. I…read morecalled and scheduled a free estimate for my project and explained it would be a two phase project starting with 4 bedrooms, hallway and staircase with two landings; and once completed, we can discuss the two living rooms, den and kitchen. They sent a estimator/warehouse manager to conduct the measurements, by the name of Braedon Buchanan. After he was completed taking the measurements (roughly 15 minutes), I was shown only three samples there weren't even close to the color I was seeking. I was informed by Braedon that it would take TWO days to draw up an estimate and we can discuss hardwood/baseboard coloring and type. It was been A MONTH now with no call backs, emails, or even we don't want your business. Based on these results that WERE NOT provided by the company or the estimator, I decided to allocate the $21k for my flooring replacement/project to a full window replacements for the entire property instead. Poor way to do business.

I am now having to go to the Contractors board and small claims court to solve this situation I paid $14,658 dollars by the way the charged me $2500 to level my 1000 square foot condo and the tiles are terrible they did not use leveling spacers. Also put grout and mortar in my shower drain which I had to pay to get snaked. The camera shows rigid dry concrete which by the way I just purchased the condo two weeks prior and have a full reporting of the drain working perfect prior to the tear out demo and installation all performed by Beno's. They threw all the trash in my condo dumpster even after paying for demo and dumping. I allowed them out to try and fix it and the contractor removed about 10 tiles and cracked and damaged the ones he put back in. Left it worst... In addition when I allowed them out for the drain all he did was blame my husband and I which we did absolutely no work with mortar or grout. please take the time to look at the pictures and video the shower was terrible look at the finish work I had the tile trim there and the contractor did not use it I had to pay another company to fix the ceiling and the drywall. We went to Expert Flooring Solutions and showed them one of the planks that we were tearing to match. Ron helped us and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out the next day. When Ron arrived he brought a new sample that we had not seen the day before. He had continued to look for a close match after we left. When he laid the new sample down on our existing floor we were thrilled to see how close it came to matching, We tried it in different rooms and it was the best we could have hoped for. No one, other than us, will ever notice the difference. When Ron sent us the cost, it was $2,000 less than another company had quoted us. We were very surprised. He also included a veteran discount, and we did not have to pay anything up front, We paid when the job was done and we were satisfied. The price included taking out the old carpet and hauling it, and moving the furniture from the rooms where the new flooring went. The crew that showed up on the appointed date and right on time. They were very courteous and professional. They did two rooms in one day and the third room was finished by 11 a.m. on the second day. Everything looks great.
