    We had our Traverse serviced on 17 Sept. 2025. Oil Change , tires rotated and balanced. WE had issues and they made it right.

Anikia listened to us and gave us some options that were in her price range. After picking the car she liked we did All the paperwork and she was able to purchase the car on her own!! When I got to the Charleston location, they notified us that it was ready who went to go pick it up. No one that was currently working. Could explain anything about how to get certain things to operate. They didn't have the time for us, and they didn't give a crap. So we signed off on the vehicle and drove off, assuming that we could get it figured out. By the next day we had come to the conclusion that the two main installed the functions that we ordered the car for or not actually installed. I understand we have a 10 day. But this was a very rare vehicle. The color was highly unique. The rest of the option set was fairly unique. The price the miles everything fit the bill. All they were able to do, or willing to do was give us $1000 off the price the vehicle. It's gonna cost us $4500 or more to get it installed at a dealership that can do the work. Unacceptable. Let's add to that that after we got home with the vehicle, we discovered it was nasty on the inside underneath the seats. And it was the bottom side of it hadn't been cleaned off. There were some kind of oily residue on one of the back windows. And they wanted to give us $50 to have a professionally cleaned. All around experience, not worth the hassle. We used CarMax because we could order and pay for everything online and they even managed to screw that up too. There is absolutely no concern from the corporate headquarters on fixing the problem, and refused to give us any peace of mind that they would try to correct the issue moving forward for any future customers. So beware if you use CarMax at any given location, you're probably gonna get incomplete service and pour attitudes. If I could give negative stars, I would

    Firstly the saleswoman was wonderful. But as soon as we went to sign the price kept going up and…read moreup. But this you need it. Add that warranty it'll help if anything goes wrong. Leas than 2 weeks after we signed and drove home ( 2 hours away) the engine light came on. Took it to a parts store to run the codes and it's a vapor sensor. Reset the code and no problems for another week. Then all of a sudden while my wife was driving the kids to school the transmission went into manual mode while she was doing 50 mph! No warning no lights just into manual mode and it slowed down about 15mph. After that the E brake light came on without being engaged. Then the engine light came back on a day later. Scheduled for service after my wife and I both took off work only to arrive and them tell us they would t provide a rental until it goes through the warranty company and gets approved. We were told we could get one ourselves but pay up front and hope the service is done within 6 days because they won't pay for it after the 6th day. Fast forward 3 hours and I text them to check in and the vehicle hasn't even been looked at and they're not sure if it will before Monday. Then were told we could have stayed in our area and gone to a local shop IF they validate the warranty. 2 days later I text to check in the vehicle after the service guy says he checks in nightly with any updates, and he has the nerve to say "I was just about to text you" and gives me no update. What a scam. So now we are paying a huge bill for a car we can't even drive and they have the nerve to say we have to pay a service fee of $175. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WIL LIE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OD YOU AT WVER OPPORTUNITY!!! I will never buy a car from them again and I'm telling everyone I know to stay away at all costs.

Visited shop and called on numerous occasions and it won't respond. This is a common thing with TJs Auto at seaford. He sold it to her without a door key or without mentioning no key. Got locked out three miles away from his lot at the gas station. His first question, why did you lock it? Because, people lock their cars I told him. He refused to come help. Even though he said he could get in there in ten seconds. He never even tried. We finally got triple A. Then ravenel Ford saved the day by getting her the code to the door, at no charge. I will be writing a separate awesome review for the role they played. Meanwhile as she is driving home the transmission is going out, the overdrive light is blinking. At 34 miles away from his sorry lot, the engine light came on. Obviously he's patched and covered up stuff to get her off the lot. He's the owner, the only sales person on the lot. So there's no one else to be held accountable. And I'm convinced he has no conscience, no soul, and hopefully some really bad karma waiting around his next corner.
