I scheduled mine and the guy told me I needed a new central AC system. Quoted me $13k. Wow. My AC compressor randomly stopped working after he left and the company said I didn't have enough r22 to power it. Sounded shady bc it was running when he was here. A month later, I decide to have a different HVAC company come take a look. They said my wires were disconnected outside and the ground wire was disconnected and it reset the breaker. The tech was obviously trying to get a commission off a new ac from me. I had to buy window units during that time just to get by in this heat. Wasted money that I don't have! SMH shame on SJ KOWALSKI!

He did a great job of troubleshooting and explaining all aspects of the trouble we were encountering. The problem was a bad end switch on upstairs zone valve. The valve power head was replaced to complete 24 volt call back to unit. Test ran and verified proper operation of the unit. The technician was very knowledgeable, neat and professional.
