We needed to replace a cast iron baseboard along an outside wall in our bathroom. The base board…read moreunit developed a leak and needed to be replaced, so we called Santos Mechanical. Immediately they told us they could replace the baseboard. They provided us with several options. After choosing a baseboard, Santos Mechanical quickly ascertained the parts, removed the old unit, and replaced the new unit and parts. They worked efficiently, maintained a neat working environment, and completed the job with functionality and an excellent appearance. In addition to the replacement of the unit, our entire system had to be drained. After completing the replacement Santos Mechanical had to refill our entire system which has two different phases. They had to be in our entire house where they carefully moved furniture when necessary. They were very careful to cleanup as they went from room to room. They are very trustworthy and considerate of our home. The price was very reasonable and the estimate reflected the final costs of the entire repair.

Instead of providing solutions, they repeatedly canceled, delayed, or gave excuses--everything from staff call-outs to vague scheduling issues. Meanwhile, we were left with a home that was unlivable due to having no running water and a non-functioning sewer. No family should be put in that position, and no reputable company should treat customers this way. For those wondering how we approached the situation: we were extremely patient and courteous throughout, giving them every opportunity to make things right. After more than a month of this, we finally called a different company. They arrived the same day and fixed the problem promptly. Our home is livable again--but certainly NOT thanks to Losch. I'm sharing this so others can avoid the stress, delays, and complete lack of professionalism that we experienced.
