Seems the clients here were steady but not overwhelming and there were enough nail techs to go around. I opted for the Sport pedicure, which was a premium pedi with a a lot if scrubs and moisturizer, which as I mentioned my feet were shameful so this really did the trick. It was $45 when all was said and done, which I think is a fair/mid range price for the service. I did note how clean and up to date the spa looked, and they do use single use covers on the foot spas and break open newly cleaned tools. Highly recommend. Toes look divine now!

If you want a gym with more than just nautilus and classes this is the only game in town. Inside is brand new free weights, cardio equipment and weight machines. Additionally there is a small sauna and steam room in the nicely appointed locker rooms. Having only been here in the off season the crowds have been minimal. I would be curious to see how many pack into the smallish size gym come peak season. Plan on spending about double what you would pay at your local high end gym. $18/ day, $70/week, $130/month (cheaper when you buy a multi month pass). It's been a few years since the last "real" gym on the island closed so I am excited to finally have a place to get in workouts. The facility is new, clean and very modern. A bit pricey but unless you want to drive to Naples everyday, Xcel is worth the extra $$$.

I have been to many massage therapists over the years in different places I have lived and I can't say enough about Tammy's knowledge of the human body and skill at stopping & releasing my back spasms and increasing my range of motion in my neck, back and shoulders. (I had 2 back surgeries years ago that didn't heal well) The rooms are quiet and always clean, staff is always friendly and the bonus is you can come in everyday and use the hydroluxe machine (which is awesome) for free for 15 minutes.
