The space is beautiful, decorated a bit like an old Italian restaurant with murals along the wall. There is a small waiting area where you can choose your nail colors while you wait for your turn. My mom & I stopped in for quick manis after a long bike ride. Trish & the other nail tech (didn't get her name) took care of us right away! Trish did both our manicures. Trish turned on a small fan for my mom to cool down with while she did her nails, then moved her over to a massage chair while she waited for me to get my mani & for her nails to dry. Trish was amazing!! We loved chatting with her. So sweet & accommodating. On top of all that...the price point was perfect. $40 for a perfect gel mani!? I'll take it. Unfortunately zero stars was not an option. Terrible experience. I actually left before they finished my manicure. I had to ask for lotion and they didn't properly prepare my nails before attempting to paint them. They removed the polish and before trying again I politely told them I was done, paid them the full amount which was 50% more than I pay at home and walked out. I did not tip but should have probably discounted their fee but I did not want to make a scene in front of their customers. read more

I'm from out of town & went to the salon on the recommendation of several friend who live here. I had a manicure & pedicure, both of which were very nice. While she was making small talk with me asked if I lived here, of course I said no, I was visiting friends. Come time to pay she says it's $85. I knew my pedi was $55 & I thought the manicure was $15, per website, she said no $30. I didn't dispute because I thought I wasn't remembering correctly. Sure enough once I left & checked website it says $15. My friend also said that was wrong. I'm guessing she up charged me knowing I didn't live here. So beware! That was very disappointing read more

I love that this place is walking distance to our rental property - walked in on a Monday for a pedicure and was talked into a no chip pedicure and a no chip manicure. Yesterday while Mindy ( who was amazing) was doing my pedicure, the transformer blew & it was lights out in the salon!! Mindy & staff pulled out their cells phones & continued doing their jobs. Pedicure went alright. She cut off most of my pinky toe but no blood and it wasn't too much of an issue. Then we went over to do the manicure and the station was dirty, with nail and cuticle clipping from the last person. Went downhill quickly when she cut my cuticles and two of my fingers started bleeding. The one nail would not stop bleeding, even after she had painted the rest of my nails, and it was clear we wouldn't be able to paint it. The rest of the manicure didn't look great (uneven polish and missed spots) so I asked her to just take it all off, as I did not want to have just one unpainted nail. My nail was still bleeding when I left. She did not make us pay for the manicure, which was good. But I also had a headache when I left, which I suspect was due to the strong chemical smell in the salon. Nice people, but probably the worst salon experience I've had. read more

They charged my mom and I extra $$ and our total was $200 - completely insane for mediocre nails! When we checked the official prices after and realized they ripped us off, the manager's (Trish) boyfriend, Chris, was extremely rude to us when we tried to explain this to him and he literally told my mom to "calm down." Trish and Chris are not professional at all and neither are most of the staff. Do not go to this place, it's not worth the price at ALL and you'll get taken advantage of and treated poorly if you're not a regular. Same thing happened to my aunt and cousin, too. Terrible service. I have been a loyal client for several years, year round. I have had scheduling issues before which were handled with a side of rudeness. During my last scheduled appointment, which they recorded incorrectly, I waited 30 minutes, to be told there was not five minutes available for an eyebrow wax. My surgeon has more time and respect than this establishment. The prices are high and the service is low. I do not recommend. Try Elite Nails in the Publix center. Early this afternoon I came in for a gel mani/regular pedi this morning. I was in Marco Island for a vacation this past week and prior to heading home to Boston for a wedding tomorrow, my nails desperately needed to be cleaned up after a week at the beach. I stumbled across reviews for Angel Nails & Spa that looked promising so I decided to give them a try. I am SO glad that I did! First off, the salon is extremely clean and bright inside. My appointment was with Trish who was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk with during my appointment! The manicure and pedicure were both amazing! My feet look like new and even the most stubborn callous I have is gone. What's even better is that the services were provided fairly quickly- I was in and out in about an hour and a half... in perfect time to make my flight back! The technician is late, the technician is gone and no one called me, advance appointments are booked incorrectly and the price for the same service changes every time. The owner could care less about repeat clients and needs to learn that repeat clients are the basis of any business. A little appreciation goes a long way and this owner is uncaring. This place is extremely expensive. It is very misleading that it states their price point as only one dollar sign. My mom and I paid $295 to each have a mani/pedi. My aunt and cousin paid about the same. That is ridiculous. I understand it is competitive and during COVID especially, it makes sense that many businesses have raised their prices. However, we were not even shown a price list and they were very hesitant to show us one when we returned to ask for a breakdown of the prices after realizing we were overcharged about $10 for each service provided. They do not have consistent pricing and I believe they charge more for people they think are tourists who will never return. On top of this, when we returned to the store to try and figure the situation out, we were met by an EXTREMELY unprofessional man named Chris, whom I think may be the partner of one of the ladies who works there. He walked in and stated "so you're the angry customers" and then proceeded to be extremely rude to my 19 year old cousin, making passive aggressive comments and told my aunt to "calm down." They told us multiple times that if we don't like it, to just never return. This is an extremely poor way of speaking to customers and running a business. Collectively, they made almost $600 off the four of us, and all we wanted was a little understanding and respect. I am so extremely disappointed in this business and how we were treated. Think twice before going to this place. We called around to 3 or 4 other nail places that were all booked before we went to this place. Now it makes sense why they were the only place that had availability. Chris ended up giving us some of our money back, after realizing they were caught in many lies about what they charged us. However, part of running a business is also treating your clients properly and certainly not telling them "just don't come back if you don't like it." As somebody who worked in the service industry for almost 8 years, I would be fired on the spot for ever telling a customer not to return. It should always be a priority to make your customer want to return. Again, all we asked for was understanding of what happened, and mutual respect. We will never be returning to this place. I have had a way better job done on my nails for a quarter of the price. There are many other businesses out there who will respect you as a client and do a better job! read more

The pedicure was the same price as I pay in Ohio - $35 - which was a very welcomed surprise!! Yvonne did my daughter's finger nails and toe nails and really made her feel special and pampered!! Called at 1pm to see if they had any availability for a gel manicure and a sport pedicure. They asked if I could be there at 3pm. I arrived a bit early, but a 3:20 was told that they needed a few more minutes. I was taken at 3:30 to start soaking off my gel polish. The gentle man was exceptionally quiet and when I told him not to use a dremel and to file, he argued that it was only to take the top coat off. . Once my nails were wrapped I was ushered to the spa chair for my pedi. My pedicure wasn't bad, but in roughly 35 minutes I didn't see much reason for an upcharge for sport pedicure, as it wasn't much different from a basic east coast pedicure. My gel manicure, performed by the same man mentioned above, was very well excited and meticulous in detail. Environment was clean and nicely done with a relaxing local radio station playing. Overall, not bad, but I'll continue to try other places in the island. read more
