I am not kidding when I say Carlos at Marco Polo Tires is a hero! We were driving home late at night with a trailer in tow when one of the tires blew and we were stuck on the 60. We called Marco Polo tires and he was out to us in 15 minutes with a new tire in hand and literally saved us for a fraction of the price we got quoted from other places. My husband and I kept joking that he was a literal hero and how much worse our night could have been if it weren't for him. So thankful for this gem of a late night tire shop. read more

Wow! Talk about excellent customer service! The owners helped our family when most tire repair shops are closed. We had a flat tire later in the evening and thought we would have to wait until morning for the repair. I did a yelp search, and I was shocked to see the awesome hours this shop offers! We called to verify they could do the repairs, took our car in, and we were set in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to this family owned business for helping us, and for thinking of people who would not otherwise know what to do! We are beyond grateful! read more

Marco Polo to the rescue!! I needed to find a tire shop fast and that was open late. When I called them I had given them the size of my tire and told me to come on over to their shop. I was so happy that I found them while I was coming back from work late. They are super friendly and helpful. The crew was super friendly and they checked all my tires to make sure I didn't have any flats. read more

I was on my way from Los Angeles to Palm Springs and my right front tire had a blow-out on the freeway. It was 10:00pm so I called AAA to come and put my spare on. He said that I shouldn't drive to Palm Springs on my spare. He recommended Marco Polo Tires, which was open until 11:00pm. He called them and they had the tire ready when I arrived. This establishment is family owned. They couldn't have been more helpful!!! If you need new tires or have any other problems, please, please, please go to Marco Polo Tires. read more

I had a nail in my back tire getting home from work, and the super down to earth older couple and employee helped patch me up. Took less than 20 minutes and 25 bucks after 8PM, and they were the only ones open past 6PM. OPEN TIL 11PM. Amazing. Very wholesome and honest people. Thank you! read more

Found a nail sticking out of my tire after my sons soccer practice at 8pm - luckily found this place that was close to the field and they were able to take care of us minutes after we got there. The man who helped us was super friendly, very helpful, and we were out of there within 30 min or less. Couldn't believe I found a place open this late. Definitely recommend this tire shop! Had a nail on my tire around 8:45pm and I gave them a call and told me they would wait for me to check my tire out. [Note: They usually close @9pm] Great service! Not only did they stay open a whole extra hour to help me out but they were very professional and friendly. Prices are very fair! Check them out! Amazing amazing people! Life savers!! We were waiting for a tow truck for FIVE hours and we had been communicating with Marco Polo tires that we were planning on coming. Amazing and life savers! Was on my way to Las Vegas- got TWO tires went out on me when I was merging onto the 15. Both tires on the right. I was obviously freaking out because it was late and most places were closed Time was 9ish pm - AAA said they didn't know of an open tire place until Baker! Pretty much 150+ miles I called them just hoping they would help. Not only did they replace both tires! They stayed opened and waited for me, walked me through my options and gave me a fair price! Instead of having to wait and lose a day at Vegas I was only delayed a couple hours! HUGE SAVE guys ! Thank you very much! Give them a shot! I hand carried in a single flat tire and rim to get the tire replaced. Dropped it off and a few…read morehours later, picked it up. It all looked good. I go home and mount it onto my truck, which I do not daily drive because of the gas prices. I go for a spin and notice that my tire pressure light is now on, but I'm not alarmed because I know sometimes it takes a while for the sensor to connect back with the truck (the truck had been driven around on its spare with the flat tire at home). Over the next week or so, I noticed the tire pressure light had not gone away so I tried to reinitialize the sensor with my tpms programmer. It just would not work. In fact, my TPMS programmer would not even detect the sensor. I thought maybe the sensor had somehow ran out of battery, as a coincidence. Last night, I finally had enough time to break the bead on the tire in order to access the sensor to replace it. I was shocked to find that an incorrect sensor had been mounted. In fact, the current sensor is not even for a Toyota Tundra because it's a 433mhz sensor and the Tundra uses a 315mhz sensor. And yes, I know for a fact that my sensor was working when I got the flat because I watched the pressure decrease from 45 down to zero on that tire. In other words, someone at the tire shop switched out my sensor. (The invoice said nothing about switching sensors or anything . It was a simple mount and balance). I don't know why they would do that, perhaps someone broke my sensor when replacing the tire and then swapped one on to cover it up. Regardless, completely shady and dishonest. I've been going to various America's Tires for about 20 years and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this. The sensors are like $40 for four of them on Amazon and about two hrs of my time. It's not even the money for me because I know how to deal with these sensors, but for someone else it could have really screwed them up because they would have been paying money for a diagnostic. I would not have expected this type of practice at a legitimate store. Very disappointing.

The employee shared that they would need an approval from enterprise but it should take about 40-45 minutes to complete the service. I arrived around 1:15PM where I was again quoted a 45 minute timeline. The vehicle was not taken back until 2:45PM and once taken back it took about 1 hour to fix leaving me in the body shop until 3:50PM. Based on previous experiences from other body shops, a process of an oil change should not take 2.5 hours. I was concerned with their quality of work as they had taken so long to complete the car. While I did not pay anything for this service, I do not believe their customer service was what I expected it to be. -1 star for wait time -1 star for customer service -1 star for quality of service -1 star for messy waiting area

This is a really great tire shop and they're open late! The other day our tire blew out and it was already 7pm. Every tire shop was closed for the night until the next morning , but luckily we found this tire shop that was open late and got us in and out in 30 minutes!
