It truly is like watching a well honed pit crew going to work. They were in between customer cars at the time so everyone jumped in to help get the job moving. Caleb, the tech that was assigned my car, is thorough and worked on this rather simple job as if he working on his own car. TPMS are tricky and if you don't dismount the tire bead just right you could damage them. He was efficient and thorough. I needed to get a suspected nail out of my tire and came for a quick service without an appointment. I liked that they checked me in and since I would be wouldn't get service as a walk in for a few hours, they gave me the option to be texted when it was ready. I was able to do a few more errands and then return. The service was great. I don't know why I never knew that fixing a nail in the tire is a courtesy service so I was happy to know there was no charge. The lobby was a decent area to wait in if you can't leave. They have a television, coffee and popcorn machine. They also have a vending machine to purchase snacks. I came in on Monday to replace the wheel rim. They told me it would be done by Tuesday. On Tuesday, they said the part hadn't arrived and I had to wait until Wednesday. On Wednesday, they told me to come back on Thursday. On Thursday, they asked me to come between 1 PM and 3 PM, but when I arrived at 3 PM, they still didn't know when it would be ready. My tire has a slow leak--after filling it with air, it goes completely flat within 5 hours. Because of this, I haven't been able to go to work for several days and have been waiting day after day. I am very upset and extremely dissatisfied with their service. I give them a very poor rating. The female front desk staff also acted like it had nothing to do with her and showed no sense of responsibility. read more

This was my first time going to Les Schwab. I had just left Mountain View Tire in Eastvale after they tried to swindle me for a new tire instead of just fixing the screw hole in the tire tread. The woman inside was super and did not trie to up sell me or himm and haw about maybe this or maybe that. I showed her the picture of the screw in the tire tread and she just said ok. This place used to be pretty good. But it seems the services has gone down. I had a slow leaked, they told me I needed to replace the tires and quoted me one price out the door over the phone. When I got there to pick up the car they raised the price by $50. So always get your quote in writing from them, never over the phone. Then when I got the car, the tire pressure on one of the new tires was at 32 below the threshold compared to all other tires at 36. I asked them what was that about they said it'll fix itself over time as I drive it saying the air pressure sensor will change. I drove it around nothing, still stayed at 32/33, so I couldn't trust them to put the air in and went to the gas station and put the air in myself. read more

I know I can get tires cheaper at other places but I think it's worth it here with the service you get. I never feel pressured to get anything done that they find during their inspection. I called at 2:45pm and they stated they were about to pull the car in and it should be another hour or 2. I called again for a status at 4ish and they again stated they would pull it in now. I informed him to do nothing and I would come in and just pick it up. They blamed it all on all of the appointments lined up. I received outstanding service and staff was very courteous. My tpms light came on 30 minutes before the facility closed. I parked went inside and was pleasantly greeted by a kind lady. I let her know I needed an air check. She quickly guided me to pull in behind bay 1. I pull up to bay 1, Eddie confirms what air pressure is needed for my tires, informs that the tire in question was a little low. He let's me know he can put up on the rack and completely check it out. At this time it was closing time. He pulls it in, I check back in at the front desk. Waited about 15 minutes. I just want to say from someone who works in a field of customer service Les Schwabs has been top notch but my recent experience was next level. I planned on coming initially to have my tires rotated but upon hearing a noise while steering the day before I had to come in to see what was causing the thumping noise coming from my axle which turned out to be several broken arms which was going to be a pretty penny. On top of that I had a bubble in my tire. Dylan shared that it was no guarantee to get the arms to come in but he did everything in his power even suggesting Door Dash, which I didn't know that was a thing, to have the arms shipped to their location to complete the work that day so I wouldn't be left without a car. The arms did come at their closing and Dylan even stated he would work after hours to ensure I would have my car that night. He also was able to credit me for the tires I still had on hand from them which I greatly appreciated. I wanted him to enjoy his weekend as I value a healthy work life, so I told him I could wait until Monday to pick up the car. Unfortunately, Dylan wasn't working that Monday so that I could express my appreciation for the empathy and top notch service that he provided me throughout. I even used this experience as I shared with my entire staff at our department meeting when as I brought up what memorable customer service experience each of them had and how it made them feel. My goal for my IT department is to provide positive memorable experiences. It's crazy after knowingly going in for a bad situation I left feeling valued and supported. I've been a big fan of Les Schwab in Eastvale for many years now. Today, Rachel went above and beyond. I figured I had at least one problem tire, if not two. Since I arrived at 10am without an appointment, It easily could've been an all day affair, and up to four new tires. I dropped off my car and went home. About 30 minutes later I received a text saying my car was ready for pickup. Today easily could've cost me $1,000, but Rachel said we found a hole in one tire, a screw in the other, and both were repairable. She charged me NOTHING, and one of the tires in question was not purchased from Les Schwab. Treat your customers well, and they will come back. Shout out to this place for taking me the last hour before closing hours. This place also does walk ins too and during that time, I called to see if they may possibly do last minute services and they did. I was dealing with a tire pressure light for a couple of months now and finally decided to check out this place to inspect since it's nearby my workplace. At first, i thought it was a temperature issue with my tire since I physically checked around my tire for any nails and screws but did not see anything. After an hour later, they found a 0.75 screw on my tire and they didn't charge me for it. This place was a life saver to help me troubleshoot my low tire pressure I've been dealing for months. I have been to the Les Schwab in Eastvale a couple of times for my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. I am very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the shop. Appointments are easily made online and on both occasions the work was completed in a timely manner and at a comparable price to other mechanic shops. I would suggest making an appointment, but they do take walk-ins as well. Your wait might be a little longer, but emergencies do happen, especially if you have a flat tire. My first visit was to repair a brake router. I would say the problem was diagnosed and corrected within three hours. This also included a tire rotation and the shop seemed busy on that day. My second visit was just a battery installation. I did have a prior appointment, but arrived 45 minutes early. They had my battery replaced in about a half hour. Compared to other auto mechanics that wanted my car held up for an entire day for a simple battery replacement, this was exceptional. I had a general idea of the cost for a 72 month battery and their price was competitive and a good value. They only charged $24.99 for the labor. The staff is super friendly and their waiting room is spacious with many wall plugs if you need to work while waiting for your automobile. Free coffee and popcorn is available too! read more

I purchased tires and rims from a different Les Schwab location. Went to this one because it's close to my house to have a nail removed from one of my tires as part of the warranty/ protection plan. They refused to remove the nail or patch my tire and told me that I needed all new tires and an alignment. I told him that I wasn't ready to make that decision and asked to only have it patched in the meantime. They refused. Took my car down the street and had it patched for 20 bucks. I always take my vehicle's here for tire service, and here's why. I had a b/o rear tire sensor on my truck, we were getting ready to travel out the Grand Canyon. During our vacation, the tire sensor repeatedly giving a false reading. After returning home, I took the truck in and explained the service.
