Horrible customer service. Came in for a wheel alignment. After getting home all lights on dashboard came on. Scanned the car and it looked like the sensor lost calibration. Called them to ask them to recalibrate and he said "too bad you don't have proof, bring it back so we can mess up your alignment and you can get your refund" by reading other reviews you can see the person replying is also not professional. Everyone has problems with their alignment. They need to take classes on how to be respectful with take paying customers. No one was asking for a freebe. They claim they don't have anything to calibrate. If that's true then why perform alignments if it's a common issue that happens. I wish I could give them -10 stars. RIP OFF!!! BEWARE....They thought I didn't know anything... The going rate to mount and Balance 1-wheel is $25... So normally it's $100 for all 4-wheels. They wanted to charge me $200 to mount and balance 4-Wheels.... I had my own tires and rims. ‍ I normally go to Antonios Tire in Pomona but I live closer to here and thought I'd stop by to see what they would charge. The most it should be with new valve stems would be no more then $140.... Valve stems can be $5-$10 each. I get trailer tires mounted all the time and it is normally $20 per wheel since they don't need to be balanced. So this is not my first time getting tires mounted... They lost a potentially good customer!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone... read more

Took my tire to this shop to get patched I even unmounted the tire for them beforehand and the next day it was still leaking I went back next day and the high school drop outs who work there said it was a different nail didn't even bother to check that it's leaking from the patch I got my money back because they didn't want to deal with there fck ups I don't recommend this shop read more

Had a terrible experience. Did an alignment and they messed other things. Had to pay another places to fix the problem they caused.

went to get new tires for my car, staring having trouble with my dash board sensor , they checked tire pressure and told me to run it 35 mph and it will go off didnt work had to go back waste my time for them to say it was my tps tire pressure and after all they wanted to charge me $90 smh read more

This tire shop has amazing customer service!!! On December 12,2021 Woke up to go to church, noticed a flat tire on my Toyota Tacoma. also noticed flat tires on several of my neighbors. I called the Ontario p.D. Turns out about 30 cars got hit with a stabbed tires. I have a lifted Tacoma so obviously I have a big tire. No one had it ! Called several tire shops. BUT TEPA TIRE!!! I got a flat on my truck. I pulled over in there lot. One attended came and offered $50 to replace the tire with use. It's good, but I had spare. I asked if they had a jack and they said for $20. I was willing to pay it with my card. He wanted cash and the atm was down. When I was about to go to different to store to get cash he became very rude and pressed if you don't have the cash then I won't help. At this point another guy came and helped. Needed an alignment real bad recently and this place was recommended. I called and they were able to take my car in that same day, within an hour. I arrived and waited about half an hour. Charged me $10 to take off damaged tire. Been a couple of day since, and after resetting my TPMS light, it continues to turn on. Tried to sell me a bad tire, I didn't want it. Jaime (owner) had two of my tires that I needed in stock that were "used." Unfortunately the tires that I need are a very strange and hard to come by size. The tires were practically brand new! I needed an alignment, my brakes changed and an oil change and Tepa did it all in a timely manner. 6 stars out of 5! Horrible. I called for an alignment for my truck and they gave me a $80 quote,but then said not now cause there machine has broke down. After a week I called again same truck. The guy said $125 cause he had to cut some rivets off. And to top it off the person that answered didn't seem to know how to speak English. read more
