Absolute waste of money. Do not bother using this car wash. I paid for a platinum wash that included tire dressing, triple coat wax, and hand drying. The soap and wax sprayers were either only partially working or just spraying the product on the ground because their plastic piping was broken and leaking out before it could make it to the vehicle. The cloth strips that should be cleaning your vehicle are all filthy or moldy (hard to tell the difference), and the towels they used to hand dry the cars are all filthy as well. I pointed out that the entire passenger side and my windshield were still dirty, and their answer was to hand wipe the dirt off (with the previously mentioned filthy towels). They also neglected to put the dressing on my tires. My car looks worse than when I pulled into their driveway. At least then it was just dirty, now it is obvious to everyone that sees it that I was the one that got hosed and not my car. I will not be returning to this place, and would recommend that it be avoided. I gave them one star only because zero stars was not an option. read more

Worse experience ever! They crammed the cars in like sardines then 2 cars ahead of me a guy put his truck in park to find change for a tip. There was a car in front, behind and I was coming off the belt onto a sheet of ice. I tried to stop but hit the brick wall to avoid the car. Works said they saw it, and they were sorry. It was on video and audio. Tried to call mgt for a week no response, my husband went up and the MGR, said she fired the whole crew form last week because they were drug addicts and she would call us later. No response. I go up 2 days later and she tells me, "THERE IS A SIGN ON THE WALL WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE, YOU ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK". So even it was though their lack of responsibility for not removing the ice, taking ownership that she had drug addicts working their they still plan to do noting. I am so disappointed in this company and how they handled my situation. If I could give zero stars, I would read more

Great car wash! People are always friendly and ready to get your vehicle in. Got the package of unlimited car washes for the month today.

I usually get the Silver Wash which includes underbody wash. I've never seen that particular sign light up while going through the wash, but thought that by the time I thought to look, the sign had just already gone out. Today (12-23-2020) I made sure to watch for the sign to light up and it did not. My conclusion, pay for the Silver wash, receive the Economy wash and the car wash instantly profits and extra$2.00. read more

Consider my one star one negative star. This was a convenient place to get the road dirt and salt off my vehicles but never a place for a good wash, for $4-5 it's been my go to for years for a quick cleaning. Over the years I've noted the lady being rude for no apparent reason a good number of times but the last time I went will be the last time I'll ever go there. She seemed impatient with the speed which I was coming in at, motioning quicker. I didn't hear her say neutral and literally a second after she's doing the circular motion hurrying me up she smacks my f'ing window yelling neutral. She had something metal on or in her hand and by the sound, I thought she may have cracked or scratched my glass. Nothing was damaged that I can see but what she did was totally unnecessary and could have scratched my vehicle, she could have just spoken louder like she did without hitting my window with her ring or whatever it was. Rude as hell, never again. I do not recommend and I hope this place sells to some better people. read more

The people at this car wash are lazy and mean. I have been using their self service car detail machines and have never had a problem. Today, I was going to use the same machines and wash the car myself. When I pulled into a bay there was already a trash bin in it so that's why I chose that specific one. Just as I'm about to put the money in to start washing the car a lady walked over and said, "I'm gonna have to ask you to leave!! I'm sick of multiple people driving into this bay! There's a reason why this one has the bin on the side by the brushes and none of the other ones do." I put my money back in my pocket told her, "not a problem, but if the bay is out of order you probably shouldn't expect people to be mind readers." She could have just as easily walked over and asked me to move my jeep to another bay, but, instead they have lost my business. read more

If you want a car wash just do it yourself please ! I assume my car was not lined up with the track properly and guess what the lady did ? She took the end of her foam bush and hit my tire !!!! Unfortunately she hit my sensor ! My tire went flat while I was inside the was i went back after paying to get my spare put on and their like oop were not responsible BULLSHIT ! Your employee hit my tire that is not apart of the car washing procedure , instead of telling me too back up and straighten my wheel she hit my damn tire ! Only giving it one star because I had to! Would give it less than zero truthfully! I was driving my sons car and thought I would get it washed for him. Was going to the mall across the street and zipped in. I just had a run in with the lady that takes your money. She is rude, low class and needs to learn how to PROPERLY address people especially paying customers! She threw my change at me and started screaming at me cause I didn't line up right the first time screaming "I told you to let go of the wheel" After all that she sent my car through without cleaning it. Completely waste of time. Had to go to quarter car wash and redo it! This place should NOT have her being the person you interact with. Horrible, horrible customer service!!
