In the end, we came up with a plan that was viable and as aesthetically pleasing as could be managed given the situation. Once the job began, the primary person of contact shifted to Julio, one of their project managers. He was on property every day supervising and working alongside his crew. The crew was very polite, hard-working and friendly. They were very well supported by Julio. This may seem like a given, but often it is not so it did stand out to me. Once all of the work was done, Julio gave me a final walk-through, showing me how the various components function and made certain that I did not have any lingering questions. I think there were two follow up visits after the work was completed in order to accomplish this. There was no point along the way where I felt like they were taking shortcuts, using materials that were inferior quality, or anything of that nature. Their concrete cuts were incredible, and I have seen some really bad cuts in my past. And they did a beautiful job with brick work, including redesigning some curved areas of brick that needed to be removed during the job. Veronica in the office was very helpful as well.
