We hired this company to refinish one balcony deck and recoat another. The first hurdle was getting them to respond and show up. They would suggest a date very far out, and after we responded that the date worked, we would hear nothing back and had to stay after them to communicate with us. When they eventually showed up, they did a good job EXCEPT that they chopped two significant holes in exterior corners of the house and left them completely exposed and unfinished (which we did not notice until after they left). We contacted them about coming back out to fix the holes, and seven days later we still have heard nothing back from them. So now we will have to hire someone else to finish the job or finish it ourselves. read more

This company was great to deal with! My deck was leaking into my downstairs bedroom so I called Prestige. They came out inspected, and informed me my flashing was shot and my deck needed to be repaired and water proofed. They got on it quickly and everything turned out great. I am updating my review. The workers looked like they did a thorough job. They removed the layers and repaired underneath. The balcony flooring has several layers. The replaced stucko nearly matches the old stuko. The flooring looks even. I dont notice any standing water. I am giving them a 4 still. It was difficult for me to work with Josh. Always felt like he was impatient with me. He would take phone calls when at my home. He seemed distracted. Because they had the best out of 3 bids I went with them. read more

Used this company to redo 2 outdoor patio decks after getting other quotes. Neighbors had good things to say about them. So do I. Fair price, no up front costs. Did not try to over sell anything. Once old deck plywood removed more work was needed ( new railing $ framing due to major dry rot). They cleaned up every day, very protective of house and nearby areas. Quality work. They recently re-did our driveway stain, front entryway & walk up path. Cleaned and enhanced sealed the aggregrate. Looks amazing! A great face life to a very focal area to our home. Jim was great in assisting with choosing a neutral finish as it was before. Just very old and worn looking. He was there continually to oversee the project. Very hands on and covered every detail. He uses the best quality materials. We've used their services twice before in previous homes and the stain enhanced the drive up appeal each time and never had a quality issue with the finish. Their prices were very competitive! The crew was great, arriving on time everyday & worked professionally and efficiently. Respectful and excellent crew. They have done two properties and so far 3 balconies of mine over the past three years. All were aged balconies that looked nice but started to leak. I did everything to prolong the life but got no more than an extra rainy season. It is always shocking to know what it cost to do a balcony but when Prestige does the work you know the price is fair and the work is solid. They were equal in price or in some instances 30 percent less than competitors. Josh is a honest guy and the firm knows how to waterproof. Be careful, other contractors cut corners and you may only get 5 years of life. I have done many aprtments buildings and cut corners to inly have to redo it in 3 years. We had an excellent experience with Prestige in having our decks coated. They were responsive, on time, clean and patient. Initially the paint store provided them with the wrong color. We didn't realize this until both decks were painted. They immediately corrected this and got the custom color we had selected. After both decks were painted again, we realized we hated the color. A word of advise, get an actual sample of the paint and don't rely on the cardboard swatch! We selected another color and they painted the decks again. The third time is the charm worked for us! Josh, Jack, Danny and Jose were all outstanding. While Prestige was not the least expensive of the three estimates we got, they were well worth the little bit extra that we paid. I was impressed with the owner and his crew. We had a leak in our decking that came into our downstairs office. We decided to get the sliding door to the decking replaced before we had the decking redone. Prestige recommended that we have a door dam put in when the door was replaced. they called the door replacement company and arranged to have their crew come out and install the door dam once the door was removed. Once the dam was installed the door crew came back from lunch and installed the door. I appreciate the extra effort this took. Prestige gave us a very competitive bid. The crew work hard and did a much better job than the last company that resurfaced the decking. We had an area where water stood after it rained and while we pointed this out to the previous company, they did not fix the problem. Prestige's crew water checked the problem between each coating and in the end assured me it was fixed. We shall see, but I have no reason to doubt them considering the quality of work they did. Finally, Prestige got back to us after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied with the job their crew did. This showed me they really cared about their customer being satisfied. read more
