Great pizza and bread sticks I've had I a while. it was cooked right and it was hot when it got to my house. Keep up the good work Marcos.

I think strongly as a business owner that recognition needs to be made when it's due. So this is why I am writing this review. I don't normally leave reviews. But this one I felt I couldn't let go unnoticed. I spent all day busy, so naturally, it was an order in kind of night. I chose Marco's because other pizza places have failed me recently... a lot, and I decided delivery was the way to go today because I was still working, but kids needed to eat. So, I placed an order on the app, and Ryan delivered. Ryan brought our food, and I handed him his tip. As he pulled the boxes out, our garlic cup fell and busted. He felt bad and apologized so much, and I reassured him it that it was okay that things happen. I informed him that one of the sauces was missing, and he offered to go get it as well as a replacement for the busted one and bring them back. I told him thank you, and I appreciated that. About 10 minutes later here he was with the sauces. I almost didn't expect it because of all the experiences I've had at other local restaurants. But Ryan's service was exceptional and way over the top. He went above and beyond the expectations of restaurants I have anymore. There really needs to be more Ryan's out here in Customer Service. I worked customer service before starting my own business for about 14 years. I know it's hard to do that job, and you don't see much praise from people. But Ryan, you SHINE! And I appreciate you for taking one more worry off my plate yesterday, and that was feeding my husband and kids. So keep shining! And truly THANK YOU! Ordered hot honey pizza with extra honey.. got NO HONEY Hot half my order... missing a whole pizza and breadsticks. Told I can come get it... 20 mins there and 20 back after husband stopped to get order first time. Told oh yeah. Ooops that was my fault. My refire of pizza, no discount, no offer of delivery. Not even a gift balance for next time. Just yeah. Come get your cold pizza I forgot. Terrible read more

I'm from Toledo (the birthplace of Marco's) and have struggled to find pizza I like here in Anderson. The local favorite (you know, the place with all the bumper stickers) is quite overpriced and IMO doesn't deliver on flavor. When I realized that there was a Marco's here in town, I was pretty surprised. After making sure it was the Marco's I know, I ordered. The delivery was quick enough, given that I live several miles from the store. The food was hot and fresh. Not only that... Guys, this is the pizza I've been eating since I was a kid in the 80s. It's not a super gourmet pizza but it has great flavor and the price is right. If you're tired of the National chains and don't want to pay for the bumper sticker place, give Marco's a try. Ordered for through their app for a timed pickup for 6:20pm. Got there and they were slammed so I anticipated there would be a wait. It has now after 7:30. They have cleared out everyone who were here before me and many more who came after. I've given my order number to the multiple times and they make a show of looking it up and calling it out to the guys that are making the pizzas but then just walk away without giving and updates. I would leave but the food was already paid for and there is no way to cancel online read more

This is very good pizza for Indiana. I ordered the deluxe with pepperoni and my girlfriend had the Hawaiian pizza. Both pizzas were cooked perfectly and freshly prepared when we went to pick them up. The crust was crispy even under all the toppings. I don't know where they're getting their sausage but it is extra delicious. I highly recommend Marco's over any other Pizza in Anderson now. read more

I've had the pizza before and recommend it. Better than the other pizza joints in town. Stopped today and ordered a calzone and a pizza bowl. Grandson couldn't eat the whole calzone so, no problem there. The pizza bowl is advertised as "feeds 2". No. Lucky if it feeds 1. For the price, not worth it. Won't order that again. Do you ever wish there were half stars? I am with Kiel on this one. I really wanted to like this place. The pizza is decent. It isn't bad, decent priced. I did really enjoy the salad. It was fresh and good. That is one item that put it up from 3 to 4. The delivery guy was above and beyond. Took a little longer than expected, but, that turned out to be my fault! I was at a local hotel and transposed my room number to a 3rd floor room. Well the hotel I was in didn't have a 3rd floor! So he went to hotel next door looking for me thinking I was on 3rd floor. Then came back to front desk and they found me. Pizza was still hot, he was humping. So i will try this place again, maybe a salad and something else! read more

We order a large pepperoni pizza and wings awhile back however when it was delivered it was a pepperoni Magnifico and wings, I called and spoke to the manager and he offered us a credit for the mistake. Fast forward to last night we decided to order and use our credit. when I spoke to the manager he placed me on hold for 10 minutes can back and said there was no credit so the best he could do was a free cheesy bread and hung up on m. I have since called the corporate office twice and the district manager with no response. Such poor customer service We definitely won't be ordering from Marco's again. read more

I'm so glad to have Marco's back again, and it's even better now that they're connected to Family Video--I love the pizza-and-a-movie-deal. Marco's is my favorite of the pizza chains; our pizza is always hot and fresh when we arrive to pick it up. The only time our order was wrong they made a fresh pizza correctly and gave us the old one for free. Excellent customer service! read more

I've gone back and forth between giving Marco's 3 or 4 stars. While Marco's isn't my favorite pizza personally (based on my taste preferences), they make up for it in my book with great service, good carryout/delivery service times, and good quality. Because of this, they earn my business because unlike some of the other delivery chains in Anderson, Marco's gets it right. read more

Used to have good experiences here however I recently had one where the pizza was cold, took about 15 minutes to deliver 2.5 miles away, and they didn't get the order right. I attempted to contact the store several times via their feedback option on their website to no avail. Will never go back here again. Wish I could give 0/5 stars. read more

I called for delivery and I was told they don't deliver in my area. I live 12 minutes away. Apparently they don't want to stay in business for too long. I didn't realize there was so much business that you can't deliver 12 minutes away. What a joke! read more

We ordered pizza, cheese bread, and 2 orders of wings - 1 barbeque and 1 hot wings. When it was delivered, the hot wings were missing. This is the 3rd time this has happened. My husband called the store. They came up with excuses. Then my husband told them either get it here in 30 minutes or we'd never do business with them again. Well, an hour went by and still no wings delivered. He went up to the store and they not only had not even started to make them but they said they had no intention to because they were just accepting us not doing business with them again. So they were going to keep the money from part of the order but not give us the missing part. That's called theft. The driver had even offered to drive them back out himself but they would not let him. He is the only employee there with good customer service skills. After the manager tried to continue to make excuses he finally refunded our order. Another manager there, started yelling at my husband and acting like he has no right to be upset. Your place is run by thieves and those who would not know customer service if it bit them in the ass. You will never get my business again and I will spread the word about what you tried to pull. read more

May be my new favorite pizza! The place is clean and the staff is nice! Big difference from most other pizza places around here!
