I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves attention from corporate. Receiving a pizza that had a slice removed because a delivery driver or employee decided to help themselves before it reached the customer is completely unacceptable. Whether it was one slice or more, customers pay for a full order and should never have to wonder if their food was tampered with before it arrived. This isn't just about missing pizza.......it's about trust, food safety, and professionalism. If an employee feels comfortable eating a customer's food before delivery, what other standards are being ignored? I hope corporate takes this seriously, investigates what happened, and reinforces proper food handling and accountability. Customers deserve to receive the complete order they paid for, untouched and exactly as it left the store. read more

Today's lunch was a hit! My husband ordered pizza for pick up at 12:30 and they did an amazing job. We had stopped ordering from here after a few hiccups. Did an online order for pickup on a random Thursday evening while in the area. The order was due to be ready in 25 minutes so I killed time at the nearby shops. When I arrived I was greeted warmly. The space was clean and organized. This location is currently not doing dine in. At least that was the case during this visit. The order tracker on the website alerted me that my order was ready, which is why I went in. I was disappointed to find that was not the case. I understand these things happen. Although I did note that they were just beginning to make one of my pizzas after I got there. During the additional 25 minutes it took for my order to actually be ready (a tad excessive) I observed a lot. There was a man being trained and he was doing a great job. However, the woman training him kept removing her mask while tending to orders. Very dangerous in these times. The food was delicious once I finally got it. I'd consider giving them another try, but the excessive wait time and unmasking has affected my review today. read more

The main reason I would not recommend. This establishment is because the employees that work at this establishment has zero customers services kills (Minus the older lady cooking pizza and doing everyone's job while the other three talk loudly). I came into the store and was not greeted instead. I can hear a young lady and a young male. Discussing an issue that a customer had. The young lady looked at me a number of times and never once came to see what I needed. However, she continued to complain about a fiod issue a customer had. Ordered pizza at 5 for 6:25 delivery. 6:30 no pizza. I call store and no one answers. call again for half-hour. No answer. I drive up to store to say that I've been calling, no answer, only to hear -'that's corporate, I can't talk about phones not working, that's corporate.' So I ask about my pizza that is now more than 45 minutes. 'It hasn't left the building,' I'm told, I take the now cold pizza, forgetting that I also ordered salad which they neglected to add. Visited at 11pm on a Thursday We landed in Cleveland late and checked into our hotel hungry. We saw a Marco's employee living the hotel so we immediately decided to order unfortunately when we called they were no longer doing delivery. I called in an order for carry out. When picking up the order the manager was amazing! I added an order of wings while there and apologized because I know it was close to closing time but she was so helpful and made them with no issue. We even joked about adding chessesticks since she didn't try to up sale me while on the phone. Since I said something about a hotel, she offered plates, napkins and plastic forks. The food was just as amazing at the service. This is definitely a go to and had me looking for one in my city. read more

Do not patronize this store until they have sufficient staff. I waited 10 minutes while the only person there made pizzas. I demanded at lest twice that she look at the made orders. She refused each home. After 10 minutes she finally looked at the ready orders. Mine was there (getting cold). This is the worst pizza ever and I've had some terrible pizza. The customer service is non existent and as I think about it, he was actually quite rude. I called because the large double pepperoni, double cheese, double sausage, double sauce(that I didn't have), green peppers, onions and banana peppers(there were a total of 4 on a large pizza. One on 1 slice and 3 on another) pizza I ordered was not only improperly made but undercooked. He proceeded to tell me how the oven is set at 500 and that the pizza and my cheesy bread are cooked for the same time at the same temp and if the cheesy bread is done so is the pizza. Sir, that sprinkle of cheese that is on that cheesy bread is not the same as all of those toppings on a pizza GOOFBALL! There was not even any attempt to appease or offer a concession for the wasted $37.00 (including tip) that I spent. I sure hope the garbage enjoyed it. Terrible pizza, terrible service. Marco's pizza service is absolutely horrible! We ordered a pizza at 6 PM and at 8 o'clock it still was not delivered. We went to the store and apparently the driver forgot to grab our pizza, but they never notified us. They failed to do anything about it. I was on hold on their phone for 40 minutes, and finally hung up. Beware and do not order from Marco's Pizza on Chagrin. You will end up with no food and no service. read more

Ordering from online to be delivered from our hotel. First off, website not super user friendly. Order had 80 min delivery time... For pizza? Okay whatever. Offer comes, no pizza!!! 3 bottles of water and no iced tea or Dr. Pepper. Called restaurant to get order clarification and the guy said we didn't pick a pizza size so he didn't send it. I am usually pretty forgiving on pizza places. Each area of the country has different tastes. But this stuff is aweful. In the hopes of getting something close to a New York style pizza I ordered their thin crust. The entire pizza is about 2mm tall, and the crust reminds me more of a thick cracker than pizza crust. The thing that irks me the most is that they talk about how fresh their ingredients are and that they make all their dough in the store, yet my pie has pizza press marks on it, like you see at the movie theater or roller rink pizzas. I was excited to try this place, first pizza I had in Ohio. Initially I asked for a large half cheese and half veggie...sooo for a plain cheese large is $10 but a veggie pizza is $16.95 sooo for a half cheese and half veggie would be $16.95, that didn't make sense to me so I told them a large plain cheese would be fine. The pizza was good however the size of the pizza was very small to be considered a large, I would even say it was a small, we and my coworkers even had to make sure we check the receipts to make sure they were aware we said large but I guess the large is fairly small. OK, I'm officially a Marco's whore. Hands-down my favorite take-out/delivery pizza in Cleveland. Now I'm not saying that this is some fancy-schmancy organic whole wheat stuff the (tasty) likes of which can be found at places like Angelo's on the West Side, buuuuut when you're in the mood for quick, tasty, and incredibly unhealthy pizza, this is the place of choice. The young man I spoke to kinda of brushed my request off as if it was a given that I would receive these items. Pizza was delivered WITHOUT plates, cheese or pepper. The manager's professionalism was unacceptable. I expressed my concern about a mobile order I placed when picking it up. There were extra items and an item I ordered wasn't there in conjunction with a coupon code that was offered. The manager kept expressing how it wasn't his concern, and he wasn't in control of online orders. He sarcastically suggested that he could throw some wings in the oven but I would have to wait and pay full price. I told him that would defeat the purpose of me using the coupon so not to worry about it. He continued on about how they don't make the rules, which is when I said "I already said I am not ordering the wings, leave it alone!" I then asked if I could get my ranch dressing I ordered. The cashier proceeded to get it, which he told the cashier not to give it to me, until I showed him I ordered it. And he told her not to give me anything else. I didn't appreciate his attitude, especially being that I'm spending my money. Furthermore, coming from an establishment who has on more than one occasion failed to meet simple standards, such as slicing the pizza up. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning. read more

We had Marcos pizza twice and it was good, but their website for ordering is so bad...very slow, clunky and can't save an order to use again in future. Well, their website wouldn't let us do a build your own pizza. As we were in the neighborhood, we drove to Marco's to place the order and showed the manager that both my phone and my husbands their website wouldn't allow a build your own. He indicated that problems on their website while using a smartphone is not uncommon. As they offer online-only coupons, I assumed they would offer a similar discount to us, but they would not. No discounts unless ordered online even though we couldn't order online. LOUSY customer service. Next-door to Marco's is a grocery store, so we went in there and bought our dinner instead. Will not go there again...too many other better choices nearby that would be happy to give us a few bucks off of two large pizzas when their website was screwed up! read more
