This is a simple straight forward pizza place that offers chain pizza. That being said it was good. The service was fast I order when I got there and my small pizza was made right away. Customer service was helpful. From being out of town I wanted something that tasted like home. This fit the bill. I'd try Marco's again. read more

Marco's Pizza just recently opened and this place is pretty good! I like Marco's more than Jet's Pizza and The Flying Pizza which are both nearby. It was super easy to order online, and the food was ready when we picked it up. If you want your pizza delivered, it's $2.50 and there is a minimum order of $10. When we pulled up to Marco's Pizza, there were about four delivery cars in the parking lot so they're ready for your order. The wings we got were pretty good, you get ten pieces and you can choose from classic buffalo style, tangy BBQ, or Naked. I liked the BBQ wings, the only problem was: They gave us NINE wings, for an order of TEN. :( I counted it five times. The Works pizza was great! Tons of toppings, and they were all fresh! Even the onions and peppers were nice and crispy! The mushrooms weren't soggy. The only problem was as the pizza cooled down, the dough was more tough to chew on. It was still enjoyable though. I'm a fan of Marco's Pizza. I'll definitely be going back in the future. Oh! On your receipt, there's a code to fill out a survey about the store. I tried Marco's pizza in Colorado Springs months ago while visiting my daughter. I got the Garden Pizza on gluten free crust. It was amazing. When I got home, I ordered delivery from the Marco's in Kettering, and was greatly disappointed. Today, I stopped by this Marco's location on the way home to see if it was different, and it certainly was. It is very new and the staff is very nice and capable. I placed my order and was told it would be ten minutes. It was ready in ten minutes and when I got home, the pizza was just as amazing as my first Marco's Pizza. I've seen some of the recent reviews describing their experience as "hit or miss", but that goes back to 2016. I think the owner, managers, and staff have worked to provide the type of service and quality products that will definitely grow their business. read more

Never tried it. But I was on a work trip in Ohio and decided to pick up a small veggie pizza. The employees there were super nice and friendly. Wasn't sure what to expect because I'm not a fan of chain pizza. The pizza was fine and the crust was not bad at all. Actually it was pretty OK. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that there were no green peppers on my pizza, which are in the list of ingredients for this pizza. Ordered from Marcos as we do often and received the pictured "cinnasquares" missing all cinnamon and sugar. I had very upset kids at so I called for a redeliver. When I was forwarded to the manager she said I would have to wait for the redeliver about an hour. I said wait what, why this was Marcos mistake come on make it right. She said sorry have to wait in line again and offered to refund the cinnasquares I said why not all of it since you can't make this right. The manager said FINE and hung the phone up on me. At this point I don't even know if they have the information needed to refund and likely won't see the refund but I WILL never eat there again. I had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at this location this evening. Andrew Mayne claimed to be the shift manager and it is evident that he has never had any kind of customer service training. I will NEVER return to this location or any other Marcos locations again. I placed an order online at 7 pm with a pickup time of 8:15pm. I ordered 4 large pizzas. I received an email with a confirmation code and the details of my order. When I arrived at the store, I gave my name to Andrew. He told me that there was not an order in his system and that I "must have been mistaken that I placed an order." He told me that many people have difficulty and think they have placed orders when they have not. The tone he used was very condescending and he basically treated me like dirt. He implied that I was incapable of placing an order due to my intellect. He didn't want to see the email and didn't take responsibility for any type of ordering snafu or difficulty on behalf of the company. Just said that lots of people can't order and I should have been more careful. I have never seen such a lack of customer service. There was no apology. There was no offer to do all he could to get an order in quickly. He was simply very rude and haughty. His tone is unacceptable in a situation such as this. When I asked him to call his general manager, he pretended to leave someone a voicemail. When I asked for a direct number to the general manager he gave me a number that is not in service. If this location knows what is best for them, they will demote this child from management and provide him with some customer service training. I filed a complaint with the corporate office and I plan to go to the store tomorrow in person to find the general manager and lodge a complaint. read more

Is location is very close to my house so I decided to give it a try. My first experience was average but since I kept getting coupons I tried again. Much better that time! I have now had Marcos four times and like it a lot. We had one issue with a long delivery wait but the pizza was fresh when it arrived. I really love the old world pepperoni and their crumbled sausage even though I rarely get sausage on my pizza. read more

The web site does not acknowledge my address as being in the delivery Area. Ordered a Desert with the order and did not get it. I was given a credit for it but they could not find it when I placed a later order. They had a serious phone issue May 4th and I had a hard time getting through (had to call because of the web site thing). Ordered a ham and cheese sub that was not cooked. The food is good but the service just overshadowed it. There are plenty of pizza places in the area for me to choose from. read more
