The mozzarella bites looked great but they had no seasoning and were very bland. After eating a couple of them, I was done. The salad was supposed to be a Caesar salad but was topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and no parmesan. Service here was very good and everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and welcoming. Our calamari appetizer was overcooked, (which we didn't complain about) and my fried flounder and shrimp dinner was served overly cooked and very hard. After sending it back, the replacement meal came back with undercooked fish and still-overcooked shrimp. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager rudely asked if I wanted to change my order to something else (which would be the third meal!) The most disappointing part was being charged for the salad that came with the meal, even though the entrée had been prepared incorrectly twice. When I questioned it, the manager's response showed little concern for customer satisfaction. Poor food, poor service recovery, and a manager who could benefit from some days of customer service training. Time to update my review. As the first to ever review this…read moreplace, it's my duty to update. I've also been coming here since they first opened. I lived in CH for about 12ish years - some elementary, all of middle and high. My mom still lives here. I must come here every time I visit. No pizza compares to theirs. Just none. Every time I move to a new place and try the local pizza , it just never tastes as good. Same with their philly hosgies. Nothing. Compares. Our December 2025 visit made my tastebuds happy. My husband got the steak Philly hoagie. I got the chicken Philly hoagie. We split so we could enjoy both. I ate both despite not having a stomach. My belly was extremely happy full. My son liked his pizza slice. I of course had to take a bite. My mom (who gets to enjoy Vincenzo's all the time) enjoyed her ravioli.
