I've never had anything to eat from here before. I went with someone to pick up their pizza bowl (no crust - Sauce/pizza toppings of your choice) & I tasted some of it. It was pretty good, but we could've made those at home for that price. I like that it's a low carb option. The service was ok. The order was placed online, so we were just doing carry out. It was a quick in and out, so I can't speak so much about their service. I would possibly try something else there in the future. read more

If I could give 0 stars then I would... poor service when I called to see why an order was 30 mins late after the Marco App said it was on the way... I was told it had left the store. I was told DoorDash picked it up. I called back 10 minutes later and the "manager" said that it was still in the store and DoorDash hadn't picked it up. I asked how this was going to be resolved. I was offered a credit but waiting now 1 hour 15 minutes past when delivery should have taken place. They offered to remake the food which would take more time. What should have been a simple, joyful celebration for my daughter's 6th birthday turned into two days of complete frustration, wasted money, and total disappointment. I am beyond dissatisfied. After calling to ask where my actual order was, I was told they could "get it out" to me--but it would take another **hour and a half**. At that point, the party was already ruined. I canceled and demanded a refund. Unbelievable Second Attempt Against my better judgment, I decided to give them one more chance today. I ordered one large, plain cheese pizza. That's it. One pizza. Once again, it took **two full hours** to arrive. And when it did? It had **no cheese**. Just sauce. A $30 sauce pizza. No exaggeration. Ok, so Marco brought his pizza place to our area of the county and first I will say that the delivery was quick (we are very close) and the delivery driver was courteous and talkative. Flavor - good, but uneventful. Standard pizza taste you would expect. Presentation - a little odd. The Italian sausage pizza had a couple "slices" that did not have a piece of sausage on them, but they didn't cut the pie like a normal pizza slice. It was sliced in squares. The only problem perhaps is that the website says plain as day that it is 8 slices. What I did like is that the pie was not dripping with grease or oil like many do. Now the old world pepperoni was also odd in that there were a couple "squares" without pepperoni on them. Also, the pizza pieces were separated. Not the end of the world, but presentation is half the equation, flavor being the other half. So if they sliced the pies in normal slice shapes, would the toppings have been on each slice? Perhaps. Very disappointing. The online order process works great but the tracking element is nonexistent. We arrived early and the apparent manager said it would be out soon. He knew I was there waiting , with my grandson. No notifications re the status so I asked again about the order and it had been sitting for 15 minutes while we waited. We stopped to catch some shut eye on one of my many trips back and forth between VA and NC, but we definitely needed some grub first. Yelpers give this place some high reviews so we decided to try them. First - they deliver straight to your hotel room which is always a bonus. The dude who took our order was helpful and chill. Okay so we ordered a large deluxe pizza with the request to PLEASE ensure the veggies were well done. I made sure to emphasize that I dont do crunchy/raw onions and asked that he please ask them to make sure the veggies were well done. I was hopeful, but, disappointed. I had to pick all of the onions, and some of rhe peppers, off of my pizza because they were far from well done. That said, the flavor was on point. Their cheese blend is just awesome and goes extremely well with their sauce. The toppings were plentiful and the crust is well seasoned and really friggin yummy. Had the veggied been done right this would be the perfect pie. We also ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico calzone. That was kind of a flop. The dough itself was decent and the pepperoni was yummy, but there was way WAY more dough than filling. The center was sparse to say the least. If we find ourselves in the area again, Marcos is on the list for a return visit...we just won't be ordering another calzone. My vote: check them out. read more

The worker saw me but didn't bother to acknowledge my presence or let me know that she would be with me momentarily. Delivery driver decided to cuss and y'all at me after I politely asked him to take the pizza back with him as it had been sitting in his vehicle for an hour and we ordered an hour and a half ago and I have a 7 year old child starving at this point. We had heard good things about Marco's from friends and decided to check it out. We decided to get carry out and I ordered a Greek salad and my wife got a small cheese pizza. I have a garlic allergy and Michael, who I believe is the manager, was extremely helpful. He went in the back and checked his ingredients for what was going into my Greek salad and then went to see if there was garlic in their sauce and there is. I tried Marco's Pizza on a Saturday after getting off work. I had a coupon for a one topping pizza so I figured that I might as well us it before it expired. There were people waiting for their food and others eating their food in the sitting area. Everyone looked content which gave me a clue that the food should be good. There was a tv playing the basketball game for the people enjoying their meals. It was a good vibe. The coupon covered my pizza but I also wanted a sandwich so I asked the young lady taking my order which sandwich she likes. She wasted very little time in telling me that she loved the steak and cheese. With that recommendation, I said let's go for the steak and cheese. I liked the pizza. The Italian sausage tasted fresh as did the sauce. I'm a big fan of their cheese combo that was used. It was an excellent pairing. The steak and cheese was the surprise I'm this meal. I wasn't expecting such a good sandwich. I lived the bread. I loved the meat. I loved the blend of cheeses. I even loved that I got the option of green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. This was a serious sandwich and not just the afterthought of a pizza place looking to steal some customers from the local sub shops. This was an epic sandwich that was as filling as it was good! I'm a former employee of the store, and I can't say thats worse: the fact that the upper management sits dowm and does nothing all shift while yelling at the employees to do stuf, or the lack of training they give their employees. They throw their crew right into everything, never actually teach people how to do things, and if an employee messes up, you get sweared out by upper management. At least four times we have ordered half cheese/half pepperoni, our pizzas have come looking like the first two photos. Even when I ordered over the phone last week and stated that we have had issues when ordering half and half pizzas, they still messed it up. Often times when we add on garlic and Parmesan crust, we don't even get that. Today they didn't even bother cutting the pizzas. We ordered delivery. Pizza had a good taste but the order overall was overpriced. $16 for a "large" pizza that wasn't big enough to be a large and $8 for a Greek salad that wasn't worth that much. On the salad, they forgot the feta cheese and banana peppers that were supposed to be on it according to their menu. They put cheddar cheese instead (on a Greek salad?) If the prices were lower, I could see this shop being successful in the family neighborhood it resides next to (River's Bend). There are plenty of families there with multiple mouths to feed but who don't like to spend a lot of $$ doing so. If Marco's reduced its' prices, it may be more successful in the future. read more

I called around 8 PM on a Saturday and asked if they delivering. A female said no. I said thank you and hung up. At 9:40 I called back with the intention of picking up, but was asked if it was for pick up or delivery. I said, "That is strange, I called about an hour and a half ago and was told no deliveries." A man said, "Well, I am a manager and we are delivering." I verified the address of the Marco's in Chester, then placed an order for delivery. An hour and 10 minutes later I called to check on my order. I was told they had no record of it and to check the account I ordered from. I did and I had a transaction from Marcos on my account. I was transferred to another manager who again said they had no record of my order and to come in tomorrow to discuss with a manager. Again, I verified the address then said, "You mean to tell me that I placed an order, got charged for it, got no pizza, and it is my responsibility to take time out of my day to deal with your mistake?!!
