Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on the management and ownership. It gives the impression that customer service and respecting customers' time simply aren't priorities. More importantly, it's disappointing that the employees don't appear to have been properly trained or given the tools needed to manage orders and pickup times effectively. First time here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I won't be returning or recommending this restaurant to others.
