First time ordering here and the Uber Eats deals saved us some $ so we ordered pizza, wings and got free cheesy bread with our minimum order plus 50% off the other food. Bill was still $37 and change including tip but the pizza was LOADED with toppings, something you rarely see these days. Wings were pretty good but a little fatty. The first time we ordered here while on vacation, we got the thin crust cheese pizza and it was AMAZING!!!! But we asked for extra sauce on our sandwiches and not only did we not get the extra, I'm not sure they even put any on the sandwiches. The next time, we got original crust pepperoni. Kids said it was alright, but nothing compared to the thin cheese. They also got cheesy bread and cinnamon whatever and they were just ok. The final time we ordered, we got a thin crust pepperoni which the kids loved and I thought was just ok. The Chicken Fresco thin crust was very good but still not as good as that first night. We received Our Delivery on time driver was very polite (Door Dash) However the steak and cheese sandwich was awful, The Bun was Burned, There was very little beef, (It was finely ground for pizza not sandwich) the onions were raw, and there was no cheese on this sub. It was terrible. Manager Paul said he could not help us because it was ordered through Door Dash. ( No fault of Door Dash). We have been long time customers of Marcos Gulf Shore Location but that stops tonight. The fact is that Marcos would not accept responsibility for a sub they made, and we will never order from Marcos again. Buyer beware! They make a pretty decent pizza, the delivery is nice and quick & always on the money. It's also great to get delivery when you're outside the city limits off the county road. I have been in the physical shop with my son for a sandwich before and it very small and basic not unlike several other similar pizza joints. However the service us decent with the average wait time and it's clean. Back to the pizza, it is not the greatest pizza but it outshines a lot of the other delivery choices and they give you some decent choices. The sandwiches are about average but can't compare with a D'Angelo's or even a Lenny's or Jersey Mike's but a step up from Subway so there's that. One of the problems I had with the sandwiches is the stingy portions and the lack of flavor in the veggies and not much options for spice or enhancing the flavor overall. If you've never had Marco's then this place is a good representative of the chain and it's a good bet you'll probably like the pizza, unless you grew up in Chicago or NYC well you know why. read more

My sense is management needs to hire more professional people and train them how to do their job. I called to place an order, using a coupon that I received via USPS. The person taking my order put me on hold because, "I don't know how to process that coupon". While on hold, I overheard this individual say to a fellow employee, "I have no idea where these a**h***s are getting these coupons." When he returned to the phone I said, "I received this in the mail. Do you need the coupon number to process the discount."
