First and last time I will eat at this location. Went in for a carry out. Ordered when we arrived and waited there. Was told it would be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later when we inquired it turned out that they had put the wrong name on the order completely and we waited for an extra 10-15 minutes for a pizza that was ready. We decided to try this place because of the coupons we got in the mail. We order the chicken florentin no onions, no feta, a regular beef pizza and wings. When we got the pizza there was no chicken on the chicken florentin pizza! We called them back and they sent a new pizza over with chicken and it was delicious with and without the chicken. Okay, my wife and I both agree that this place is better than Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa Johns. It's some of the best pizza from a chain pizzeria I ever had. They've had a few misses like being really late once and forgetting the ranch dressing one time but their pizza makes up for it. We stopped at Marco's in Atascocita for a quick lunch. Love that they have a nice dine-in option. But the main reason I'm posting is because Tony and Michael took really good care of us! Michael was very nice, taking our order without cheese due to a dairy allergy. And Tony brought us the pizzas with reassurance that he washed the pizza cutter to avoid cross contamination. The Atascocita store is TERRIBLE. Really deserves zero stars. Poor customer service. Kitchen staff disorganized and overwhelmed. Manager inexperienced and unhelpful. Counter person took payment and said the pizza would be right out. Waited 30 minutes to find out my order wasn't even started. Seemed delivery orders take priority over all others. Left without the pizza. This is the second time that this has happened. Wanted to give them another chance. They failed. I will take my business to another establishment. Ive had Marcos several times in the past. The service has always been kinda bad but the pizza is good and keeps me going back. I ordered the Meat Supremo with added Pineapple last night. I was a carry out and the person said it would take 15 minutes. I got there in 15 minutes and they had just put the pizza in the oven so I had to wait. When getting the pizza the dough was under-cooked and chewy. Ive had some good and bad experiences with this place but now Im starting to rethink if I want to go back to this place. My family and I have been long time customers of Marcos...... unfortunately after Sunday night we will no longer be eating there. It took me 2 days to leave a review because I just finished recovering from 24 hours of nausea and vomiting! We ordered pizza at 6:30pm on Sunday. They got our order wrong and only delivered one pizza instead of two. The delivery lady had an attitude because she had to go back to the store for them to correct the order. I didn't get the corrected order until 2.5 hours later at 9pm. When I called to check on it, they told me there was no record of my order. A manager then came on the phone and assured me it was on the way. When the pizza arrived, it was not hot and did not taste fresh. The usually crispy thin crust, was rubbery and mushy. My husband was sure that they had done something to the pizza out of spite. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but boy did I regret it at about midnight that night! I had the worst pains in my stomach, and nausea followed by uncontrollable vomiting! After the nausea subsided I was extremely dehydrated and almost had to go to the emergency room. Needless to say, I'm NEVER eating Marcos again. The service has declined and so has the training and quality of the employees! read more

Not sure what's gotten into some of these people, but my experience has been nothing but positive! I've ordered from here three times, and each time I got exactly what I ordered in the promised amount of time. The steak sandwich is sooooo goood, and the pizza is nice a ooey gooey cheezy perfection! Definitely tastes much better than that cardboard over at Dominoes! My wife and I decided to go some place and eat pizza indoors with my young son. There aren't too many places you can do that around here anymore, so we were happy to try Marco's for the first time. We ordered a medium pizza and sat down at one of the tables. They had a football game on and we waited for our pizza. The pizza came and it looked and tasted pretty good. The game went off and 60 minutes came on with a story about ISIS and other terror groups. We were the only customers there, so I asked them to change channels because I didn't want my son seeing all the violence. The response was the manager would change it when he could. Long story short, he never changed it and we spent the next 20 minutes or so trying to have my 4 year old not look at the TV (which in the small room was the only thing to look at.). After eating almost the entire pizza my wife noticed that the parmesan cheese bottle (the one we had used) had something blue in it. It was mold. We picked up another bottle from another table and it was moldy as well. I spoke to the manager, Mark, and he said that "we clean those 3 times a week". Um, no you don't The cheese was so thick and crusted inside the bottles it was obvious they had done nothing but refilled the bottles without cleaning them for sometime. He gave me a quick "I'm sorry" then went into the kitchen again and he never spoke to us again. He never came over to our table to apologize. Nobody did a thing. Obviously, we packed up our stuff and headed out. As we were opening the door to leave, one of the workers ran to us with coupons for our next pizza because of what happened. I thought to myself "my next pizza, as if I'm coming back"? I'm not looking for a free meal, but I would've expected them to comp that meal for us instead of giving me coupons. Honestly, I would have been happy if he had come to the table with an actual apology. We really wanted to like this place, but I'm afraid between the mold and Manager Mark, it left a bad taste in our mouth. read more

The pizza is awesome and the manager, Abraham, is fantastic. I tried to order pizza online and thought the order had been placed. After an hour of waiting for my pizza, I went back to my account to see what time I placed the order and to track the delivery. I called the store and at the same time I noticed at the bottom of my "place order" page that there was a note that I had to click to confirm my email before the order would be placed. I then confirmed the order but the clerk couldn't see it in the store records. Long story short, we placed the order a second time via phone but at time of delivery two separate individuals came to my home to deliver the exact same pizzas. I returned one order and when Abraham was informed of the Mix up, he called me to clear things up and is making sure I only receive one charge for the pizza. A few weeks ago we ordered from Marco's and our first pizza got messed up during the cooking process, so the remade the pizza and when we arrived to pick up that order they gave us both pizzas. Marco's will get all of my future orders for pizza. Great job! read more
