It is in a strip center facing the road with plenty of parking. There is limited seating inside. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. We ordered online and picked it up at the location. Buffalo Chicken pizzoli came with no buffalo sauce. Asked for an extra garlic sauce, wasn't there. The other pizzoli was very good, but the chicken one was eh, especially without the buffalo. Great pizza! I was pleasantly surprised ordering a pizza late on a Saturday night (2/24/24) at Marco's Pizza after a long day at work. I searched restaurants in the neighborhood and didn't expect much. However, the young man at the register gave me a good recommendation on a pizza he thought I would like and he and the lady in back did a great job cooking a delicious pie. Maroc's Pizza is a nationally expanding chain. Honestly, they are nothing too special. If you are craving pizza, Marco's will do the trick. They have online ordering and once you pick up your pizza, they give you a coupon for an additional $3 for you next online order. They have indoor dining and delivery service as well. Marco's also runs a bunch of specials online and news print. The pizza was medicore at best. Having been to New York and living in Vegas, I have much higher expectations. This particular store was neat, tidy, and the customer service was friendly. We ordered a salad, but there was no dressing that came on the side, another let down. I placed an order on 1/20/21 which was incorrectly made. They sited issues they'd been experiencing with their website which I was very understanding about. I was informed that I would receive a credit for $6.99 when my pizza was $13.49. The individual I spoke with assured me that my credit fir the correct amount would be notated and to just call in for my credit. I decided to call in today only to be informed that not only was the credit for $6.99 but, I would also have to pay tax and delivery on something I previously ordered and paid for. The person placed me on hold (or so he thought) and began cursing about me calling in a F*#~ed up pizza then hung up on me. I called back and the manager advised me with delivery and tax, I would still need to pay $6.71. I looked at my electronic receipt again. If delivery is $3.50 and tax is $1.86, how are we still at me having to pay $6.71? The manager went on to say something about having to pay his drivers, NOT MY CONCERN. I PAID THEM THE FIRST TIME. A friend of mine suggested that I try Marcos next I order delivery. He said that it tasted better than larger national pizza makers like Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, or Dominos. Yesterday I gave them a call and ordered a large meat lovers. The pizza cost a little more than the other companies but if it tastes better it may be worth it. The driver arrived 10 minutes earlier than promised which was nice. The pizza looked good but in my opinion was equal in taste to pizza hut and dominos but Papa Johns to me was superior. Tried Marco's Pizza tonight for the very first time; they just recently opened and I thought I'd give them a shot. What I like about Marco's is that because this is a new establishment, the place is clean and bright. It's definitely not the best pizza in town, but it is tasty. The ingredients are fresh and generous on their pizza pies. The sauce is tomatoey, a little bland but not bad at all. Overall the combination of the sauce and the fresh ingredients makes for a good tasting and filling pizza. We ordered buffalo wings- the wings had a little kick, but if you are looking for fried, more crunchy wings, these will disappoint. The wings aren't bad..., but again they're not the best around. I believe they are baked so they're more soft in texture. Overall, Marco's has friendly and quick service. I was impressed by how hard the staff was working to make things move smoothly. They offer plenty of great coupons which helps offset the already reasonable prices. This place is a good value for a good product. My boyfriend really loved this place- he thought they were really spot on for a good, fresh non-New York style pizza. P.S. You can order online and there was a $3.00 off coupon for online orders. This place recently opened in our neighborhood and we were curious to try it out. Compared to dominos, pizza hut and papa johns this is pretty good for the priced and freshness. My boyfriend is a picky pizza eater since he he is from NY lol well this pepperoni hit the spot and will be picking up from here when we dont feel like cooking. Gosh, Marco's is usually my favorite pizza place........until today. I have had, in the past had issues with ordering from their app. Anytime that happened, I would call and there was a helpful employee that would fix the problem. Today. However, this was not the case. They weren't rude and neither was I. I told them that I couldn't get the decision coupon that had been emailed to me to work on the app even tho its stated rejection issue was that I was not using the app to order, which I was. The person stated I should call corporate to rectify the issue, that she couldn't help me. Hmmmm, call corporate on SUNDAY? WELL that won't work and she had no other suggestions and refused to help. Don't bother ordering, not worth wasting your time. The staff on the phone are rude and will not correct mistakes they make. Tried to place a group order tonight, confirmed the delivery location on the phone. The original party got their order, my order never arrived. After an hour I called the location was passed off between staff who eventually said they left it at the apartment door, which was not where the original order or the instructions said to go. The person on the phone said, can't you go to your apartment and pick up the pizza? If the pizza has been there for any length of time here in Florida its covered in ants. The staff was not willing to send another pizza out to where I had asked and they said they would only credit the account for the amount I had paid for this Pizza. This pizza was ordered with a credit from a previous order that was not correct and was given the run around after that order. I still have not been able to have the pizza that I had originally ordered on May 9th, I have paid for a pizza and tipped for two that I still have not eaten. This has been the worst service I have seen since I moved down here to Florida. I spoke to the Store Manager once and thought that the problems would be resolved, obviously they were not. As a local business, I received 147 color printed menu flyers from the post office today. Now, as I stated before...I'm a local business and decided to call the Palm Bay location and let the manager know that I received this mass amount of marketing material-in which they probably spend a great deal of money? I could of just thrown them away, but if it was me-I would of at the least offered that business something in return for being nice enough to call me. I am giving 3 stars only because the driver couldn't find our house ( it took him 35 minutes) and its about less than 10 minutes from the store! I would suggest hiring drivers that know the delivery area and make sure they read the "Special Instructions". Other than that the pizza is really tasty( when it is hot) .
