I saw someone online mentioned that Marco's Pizza has crustless options. Being that I'm keeping carbs low, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad that I chose to order. While in quarantine, I made sure to order online on Marco's Pizza's website. My order was ready in about 30-40 minutes. I settled on getting the Deluxe Crustless Pizza bowl (added spinach) with a small order of Buffalo wings. This really helped my pizza craving. It was salty, delicious and oh so filling. The bowl is enough for two but I ate on it over a period of 45 min. I guess I was being a bit greedy. Being inside for the past 9 weeks has made me a glutton and I'm not sad about it. Lol! read more

The chicken nuggets are pretty good at this specific branch. That much I can say as a fact. Tender, prepared hot and fresh. No, I would never pay full price for this, though. But they are not bad, in my estimation the better of pizza cahins. Also, teh staff here are prompt and I've never ran into any issues with my order or the service. read more

Marco's pizza is real expensive for a chain pizza joint even with coupons, so I have only gotten pizza here once before several years back and wasn't really impressed so I didn't go. Fast forward to the 2016 Presidential Election and the Marco's Corporation ran a promo where you could get a free pizza for participating in their contest, one per home address. I signed up my mother when I visited her and went ahead and signed myself up, and when my mom went to pick hers up the manager was a total complete jerk bag to her. When I went to pick mine up the next day, he was a total complete jerk bag to me too and said "The IP address is the same, I'm not giving you a pizza." I ended up getting it after I complained to their corporate office, and he was still a total jerk bag to me when I went. Seriously, if you have a problem with freebie coupons then don't be a participating location, don't work in the pizza business with is synonymous with coupons, and if you don't know how to deal with people then DON'T. That's the last time I've gone, and will be the absolute last time due to Jerky Jerkbag McJerkenstein and his complete lack of customer service. We order from here occasionally and I have to give them recognition for being consistent. No matter what we order it's always good. I consistently order the sausage bake and it's good every time. They are priced a little higher than Little Caesar's but their store is also a hell of a lot cleaner when I go in there. I find their staff to be friendly and helpful and haven't had any of these other issues people keep talking about. Then again I don't regularly treat food service folks poorly, so that could be the issue also. read more

This is our favorite pizza around here by far! We always get the thin crust. It is crisp and crunchy without being overly hard or burnt. Always well made, with plenty of cheese and toppings. Consistently good each time. A solid go-to choice for pizza. read more

We normally order from Papa Johns, but decided to try this place for something different. The pizza arrived quickly and the pizzas were just as we ordered, including one with a special request due to an allergy issue. We all were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza. I thought it had a much more robust flavor than anything we've had from the other place. My wife commented that it tasted more "real." The regular crust was great - good flavor and just the right amount of chewiness. We also really liked the variety on the menu that included subs and salads. I definitely think this is one of the better chain pizza delivery places and we'll be ordering from here more in the future. read more

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and placed an order for dine -in. Took about 10 mins. Hot, tasty & fresh ingredients. I gave them 5 stars because it's in par with all the best pizza places in Murphy-Wylie area. There's 3 2-top tables and a bar that seats 4, so it's limited. read more

Pepperoni magnifico never disappoints me. One of the few places that use old world pepperoni. Thick in texture is why I like that type of pepperoni. The pizza also gets a nice coating of parmesan. read more

Great crust, fresh veggies, made to order. The negative experience was with the order process. My kids and I decided to stop for dinner on a weeknight. It wasn't too busy - one person was walking in circles as we noticed and commented to each other while waiting. We were given a 25 minute estimate so we decided to wait. After 40 minutes, when my littlest one began having a breakdown from hunger, my eldest daughter walked over to the counter to ask about the order. The same person who took the order gestured to the shelf & said "oh, it's right here". Apparently, our pizza had been sitting and no one let us know. We never left the small foyer, so I'm not sure how we were missed. If we ever do go back, it will be because of the pizza BUT we'll definitely order from the comfort of home and pick it up! read more

We love pizza, I guess thats a common thought - not that we're pizza snobs, just that we have 4 criteria for deciding on who's pizza to get: 1) Flavor and freshness 2) Crust (we prefer thin crust) 3) After effects (important) 4) Delivery or dine-in 1) Flavor and freshness is exceptional at Marco's 2) They do an excellent thin crust, allows us to really taste the ingredients of the pie 3) My wife has challenges with certain ingredients that contain MSG, HFCS or soy-based product that give her lots of trouble usually an hour or two after eating. Most of the pizza houses around with the exception of Marco's, Mogios and Napoli's affects her negatively. 4) We enjoy having pizza delivered, Marco's is prompt and their pies are still hot. They also have a large variety of sides and fresh salads too, great add-ons. Bottom line, we're real happy with Marco's, great pizza!! read more

This is not about their taste but rather their lack of service. Have not tried their pizza yet and will not now. I tried calling the restaurant 20 mins before it closed and no one picked up 3 times in a row. I showed up to a fully open and staffed restaurant to be told that they stop answering the phone at 8:40. I told him that I was also trying to place an order online and was told that they wouldn't fulfill the order because it was 15 mins before closing time. I asked the person at the counter who the owner is and he said he doesn't know but he's the manager and that's their policy. I don't understand how the restaurant advertises a 9pm close time when they don't take orders till closing time. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant which I was excited to try after hearing good things about the taste. Will not be coming back. read more

Horrible service. I asked for a BBQ chicken pizza and they gave me a "speciality BBQ pizza with pork in it" without specifying it. I called them back saying I waited for an hour and now I can't even eat the pizza since we don't eat pork. The rude owner of the shop was like okay I'll have to charge you for another one since we don't tell the customer what toppings it has on it. Worst service ever.Never ordering from them again . I did the survey for free cheesy bread a few days ago. I used the code today on the website, and was told $0 owed for it. When I went to pick it up, Ketan decided he would charge me full price for it. I showed him the email receipt showing $0 and he just said "so". I asked for the owner's information and he stated it's a corporate store. I said OK, give me a number for them. He tells me he doesn't know any number. He doesn't ever deal with them. How is that possible? I searched the website for a number, but couldn't find one at the time, so I left. I'll look more later. If this was a single event, it wouldn't be so frustrating, but Ketan has harassed me in the past several times over the last couple of years. In fact, the last time I was in there, he was harassing another poor guy over something. I can't believe that corporate lets this guy manage a restaurant when he clearly has zero customer service skills. He must be running off people left and right. In what world would a two and half hour wait be acceptable for a simple pizza delivery? Order elsewhere if you want delivery

Marco's Pizza is way different form other popular pizza places. I ordered the Chicken Fresco pizza online and it was magnificent! It was possibly the best pizza I've had in years. It's tasted homemade, which is a good thing. It had tomatoes, onions, lots of cheese, and of course some tender chicken. The crust was buttery and well cooked, not too soft that it couldn't support itself, but not too hard where you would break your teeth trying to bite into it. The delivery was not too long, probably about 30-40 minutes. The delivery guy was pretty cool too and drew us the batman on the box like we asked (or at least he tried to). I would definitely order Marco's again and would recommend this to all types of pizza lovers. read more

Horrible Management. My children stopped by here after school and had an issue with their credit card. Management treated them like criminals. I attempted to provide my credit card, provided image along with license and they refused to serve my kids without me being present with my card. Now they take phone orders everyday but with my kids there they couldn't accommodate them but chose to treat them like criminals trying to get over on them. We frequent local business as pattern. Always trying to support the small town locals however this isn't a place I'll ever spend another penny in. read more

They have really great pizza but ordering by phone makes the experience not worth it at times. Staff is not experienced with delivery areas or can't figure out how to bypass the system when the address actually falls within the delivery area. First time order. Wanted to see how good it was. Ordered 2 Medium thin crust pizzas. (takeout) 1-Cheese, 1 pepperoni. The outer edge of the crust on both was burnt and the pepperoni curled up and burnt. The way they slice it (small squares) only left 4 good slices in the middle of each pizza. I expected as good or better than Pizza Hut. Not even close! I can bake a better one in my oven from frozen. Maybe it's about live and learn. Back to Pizza Hut would be my best bet! read more

I could not wait to order a pizza for deliver from Marco's Pizza. I live in Sachse so I looked up locations near me. The Rockwall one was the closest so I called them, they said I needed to call the Wylie location so I did. They sent me to the Murphy location. You can imagine I am frustrated by now, so when the girl that answered the phone could not seem to get my address down right I asked to speak with the Manager. He could not even get my address down he repeated the address at the location he is working at. How dumb can you be! Seriously, I just gave up and will order from some other place, I will never try to order from Marco's again. read more
