So this is the first time coming here came for lunch we ordered the fried ravioli and I have to say they are just sad they tasted ok and were placed on wilted mixed greens which was brown and made it look unappealing. Also had some of the bread that they bring which was meh not a very flavorful now my sister had the fettuccine Alfredo. I asked her how it was. She said it was decent not one of the best service was OK. We went there during lunch and it was probably about six people there including ourselves. The area gave a vibe of like elegance, nice restaurant and everything but the food just did not match on point. Everything was very mediocre. Kind of sad. I mean this was the lunchtime so I don't know. Maybe dinner is different but yeah, I will not be going back to this place. There are way better Italian restaurants in Garland and DFW area but we wanted to try this one. I think what needs to be improved. They charged me 3.50 for a Dr Pepper but didn't send it. Alfredo sauce was good, portion is small, noodles overcooked, no bread with meal. Fried ravioli were chewy and came without marinara. Check your Togo orders before you leave. Hopefully the tiramisu is a hit. $60 is too much for this. By the way, I ordered here because the Alfredo was BOGO. If you're like me, you worry about what you're going to find when you try a new restaurant. I traveled a couple towns away and outside of a town center mall I found Eddie's Napoli Italian Bistro. When I was seated the hostess asked if we wanted to sit close to the music and we enthusiastically agreed. However, I was a little worried at first because it was a one man show. But with the first song he sang I realized he was talented beyond most restaurant singers I have found. By song 2, I was singing along, and by song 3, everyone was having a good time. The food matched the quality of the music. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich. Cindy V ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. Both dishes were delicious! Making them even more delicious is the fact at how affordable this place is, in fact, for less than $11 I had a sandwich so big, I took half of it home. We went on Friday night after seeing the line next door. We were seated swiftly and our chipper server showed a few minutes later. The menu is the typical Albanian owned Italian restaurant but the execution fell short. I tried Gluten Free Alfredo, the worst dish but not because it is GF. The pasta was way overcooked and the sauce was thin, more like half and half was used versus heavy cream. Granddaughter had the salmon and shrimp and it was massive. Decided to dine in here after shopping at Firewheel Mall. The complementary bread and marinara sauce was good. I'm used to most places serving rock hard bread, but the bread here was softer and fluffier. I ordered the Eddie's Seafood Especiale since it boasted a wide variety of seafood (mussels, shrimp, lobster meat, baby clams, and brandy wine cream sauce) for only $20.99. The plate size is large and the portion is just as generous. The sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the pasta was just the right texture. FYI - This was about twice I've ordered here from DoorDash. I ordered the Chicken Parm via DD (to a poker house nearby) and both times the dasher showed up without any plasticware. I mean, it's a food I don't really wanna eat with my fingers, and I feel it's on the restaurant to ensure I have what I need, not the dasher. The chicken parm itself was pretty decent. It was definitely plentiful. It would have been nice if the menu said it came with garlic knots so I wouldn't have also ordered garlic bread. Speaking of the knots, they were incredibly plain and bland. Just a basic roll with zero garlic, butter, or anything else on it. Pretty bland (again, maybe different experience if I'm in the restaurant.) Definitely a worthwhile place to check out. The server was very friendly at the beginning but took orders from tables who came in after us and the food took a while to come to our table. The server never checked on us again - never refilled our water or anything. A manager? finally checked on us, refilled water and brought to-go boxes. My wife and I saw this place when looking for something new to us in Garland. It turned out to be a great stop. It had the feel of a typical Italian restaurant; we were early, so seating was easy to choose. As we scanned the menu, the server brought some garlic buttered rolls, with marinara on the side. They were delightful. My wife chose the baked Ziti and I had the house calzone. Both were good looking, and proved to be good eating. Ordered online - the staff initially said they didn't get the order. Then they said they close at 9 & threw it away... their website and Yelp says they close at 10pm. I don't know if they were just being lazy or outright lying. They won't refund my $60 or provide us with food. Seems like a total scam. We have only ordered food to go, and so far it has been good. I normally get the chicken carciofi - I like that you can get it with grilled or breaded chicken (breaded is my favorite). The sauce is great but sometimes bland (needs more salt) especially if you order a large tray. The catering trays are a good option for feeding a crowd. The house rolls are good. Need to try the sandwiches sometime... Homemade bread is excellent and they keep the basket full. Best Italian place I've been to so far! Right when we walked in there was a live performer playing his guitar and singing so well! The restaurant was so fancy looking and everything was beautiful to look at. Our waiter was very polite and patient. We were brought a basket of rolls to munch on while we waited, which were very good. I ordered a pepperoni calzone and it came out perfectly cheesy and crispy, with just the right amount of pepperoni! I totally recommend trying this place out, it's amazing. I stumbled upon Eddie's Napolis while I was aimlessly wandering in my car trying to find a new lunch spot. Located in the strip of shops outside the shopping center, looked kinda small from outside but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Décor is nice, like an Italian bistro, with a small bar area and pretty open dining room - very charming. I was the first person there for lunch and a few other couples came in shortly thereafter. Service was good, waitress gave some suggestions on their specialties. She brought me some complimentary garlic rolls with marinara - rolls were nice and hot like they just came out of the oven. The marinara was yummy, I just added some ground pepper for a little more kick. For lunch I chose the Vicky's Special - slices of grilled chicken, sautéed spinach, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic, atop penne pasta in a white wine sauce. And there was some cheese melted in there. The flavors were good - the veggies tasted fresh. It was actually funny because I sat close to the bar area which had a door to the kitchen and I could hear them chopping stuff back there so it gave me the impression of fresh prepared ingredients. When I tasted the items cooked with my pasta, it confirmed it in my mind. The dish was a pretty decent sized serving for lunch - not crazy huge but big enough for me to have some left over for later. Conveniently located near Firewheel on the Dillard's side/Lavon Drive. The night we went they had live music from a one man band who was entertaining and more than willing to take requests! It was a fun night (: Like all Italian places, they have free bread on the table- but it doesn't appear they would provide refills. Our waitress was not very familiar with the menu so we turned to Yelp for ideas on what to order. I tried the Tortellini ($11) with Alfredo cream sauce. A very safe choice and doubles as a dip for the bread. It didn't have much flavor other than pasta and cream sauce. I think it's good for kids. No vegetables... no nothing, a very no nonsense dish. Wouldn't get this again as my serving size was small and I would have only wanted to pay $8 for it. I cannot for the life of me remember what my sister ordered but it was by far the favourite of the table in my group. All of us agreed it was hands down the best pasta we had ever had. I want to say it was the Eddie's seafood special ($19) or the Forney Jack Rabbit Special ($15). She was on KETO and made some substitutions. Basically linguini pasta drenched in the most savoury cream sauce I ever had which had a sweet plus spicy kick to it. Mushrooms, shrimp, onions, and peppers. It was soooooo good! So disappointing. This restaurant was a favorite at the old S. Garland location. I ordered my old favorite, the Napoli's salad, from the N Garland location, and it was not good. The old version was loaded with finely chopped salami and olives and a delicious dressing. The new version is predominantly romaine with a few half- inch pieces of salami, scant olives, and most of the meat is cubed ham. The dressing was not discernible. Very sad. read more

I was disappointed. When you order online it says "Meat Lovers Pizza - $2.99" which implies that the pizza is $2.99. Same for their Supreme version. When I got my pizza it said that I ordered Meat Lovers but only paid for cheese. To make it a meat lovers pizza, I would have had to order all of the toppings individually which would have made one slice over $5. This pizza was okay but not good enough for $5 a slice. I also ordered 2 sides of ranch (for both of my orders) and didn't get it with either one. Take a look below...it says Meat Lovers and "Add ADDITIONAL" toppings. So annoying. Maybe eating in the restaurant is a better option and ordering would make more sense. In the meantime, they should add some clarification to the website. Disappointing! read more

Ordered dinner through Ubereats. It was our 34th wedding anniversary but I was not feeling well so my sweet husband compromised by deciding to order delivery for dinner. He wanted Italian and our favorite place, Venezia's Pizza Cafe on Murphy Road in Richardson is closed on Mondays, so we decided to give Napolis another try after a few years of not going due to not really being satisfied with the food. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs and I even added in the comments to use the meat sauce and we would pay extra if necessary. He received no meatballs and no meat sauce just a very runny "tomato" sauce. Side note the pizza was very cold even though we live near the restaurant. I called the restaurant to inform them. All the Person answering the phone would say is I didn't take your order. I ask to speak with someone else and could hear their conversation before the 2nd person got on the phone. 1st person told her I was calling because we did not get meatballs, 2nd person said it was on the order but we did not pay extra for it. I told her I checked the meatball selection and it did not say there was an extra charge like on some of the items had +$x.xx. Meatballs did not or we would have happily paid extra if it had been calculated in. She said they gave us what we paid for and that was all they were going to do. I had restaurants call me with questions before when ordering Ubereats and ask her Why She Did Not Call Us and if that was the case we could have paid extra. She basically did not answer me and had a nasty tone of voice and repeated we were not getting something we did not pay for. I went back to Ubereats and added the order to the cart again to make sure I was correct about no extra charge and I was correct. I have worked in Hospitality for 30 years and no way would I have talked to a customer the way she talked to me and have a little experience with online food orders and it is the restaurants responsibility to make sure pricing is correct and if not they should stand by what is on the app. Her name was Shelly. Not sure of her position but hoping she was not a manager or owner because would be worse. Shame she did not have pride in her restaurant and gratitude for her customers. I never ask for anything by the way. Wasn't looking for a freebie but she jumped to being defensive actually before she got on the phone with me. Delicious Italian Cuisine! My wife looked online for Italian Food & found this Gem located at Firewheel Mall. We placed the order online for pick-up & within a few minutes the order was already prepared & ready for us, great quick service! We ordered Fettuccini Alfredo, Chicken Pasta & Lobster Ravioli (definitely my favorite) along with Garlic Bread. First time ordering from here & by far one of the best Italian meals I have had. I did not realize how hungry I was until I started eating, it was that good! The restaurant looked clean & cozy, definitely good atmosphere to dine in for next time & looks like they also have a nice selection of wine.
