I got a mail flyer for this restaurant and drive by it often as it is VERY CLOSE. I put that in caps on purpose. I tried to order a special from the flyer and they couldn't figure out that I live only about 1 1/2 miles from them. Phone order girl called her manager (why the heck he wasn't there on a Friday night?). So they rely so much on bad gizmos that they wouldn't take my order. No more orders from me. I order a medium pizza yesterday for carry out. When i went to pick it up, they told me that another Maria, has picked up my pizza. The manager order to make another one for me and it was ready in 10 minutes, and He gave it to me free of charge. That is great service, also the pizza was great. Ordering online is fast and easy. The pizza is more expensive than their competition. When the pizza is cooked all the way through, it's some of the best we've had. The problem is that they consistently undercook their pizza, even putting well done in the order and on the delivery instructions we still have to send it back 1 time in 5. Tonight the pizza came undercooked - the crust was still doughy - and we sent it back. 40 minutes later we called them. The duty manager said it was 'up to corporate standard' and said he'd refund us. No apology, no offer to remake the order, no nothing. We're done with these guys. read more

I ordered on line, a fairly smooth process, easy to track, etc... I love the fact they have a white sauce option! It was very good, got the White Cheesy minus bacon for Veggie and me on thick crust. I will absolutely order it again. I just wish they had spinach, too. Got a Meat Supremo on thick crust for Hub and Meat-Eating Kid. They didn't have anything remarkable to say about it. The cheesy bread was exactly as you want it- cheesy, chewy, yummy. Chicken dippers- 15 for 10 bucks. SOOOO not worth it! Even after I pulled smaller pieces off the larger pieces, I only had 13 pieces; a few of them were as large as a 50-cent piece, but the rest quite a bit smaller. This was by far the biggest disappointment of the whole meal. Even the 63 minute wait for a 45 minute estimate was not a big deal (Hey, I'm at home, comfy in my own living room). Called to order delivery during their grand opening. The ad said open until 11pm, called @ 10:45pm. They answered the phone and asked how I wanted it, and when I said "delivery", they said "we can't". When I asked why, they said "my boss says it's too late." Guess they don't want my money! I was trying to find a new place to eat in my area and came across Marco's. When I walked in, I was pleased with the ambiance. Everything was clean and the employees were friendly. Most importantly though, the pizza was delicious, hot, and inexpensive. I was very satisfied with my experience here. read more

I have been going to this pizza place for over a year and have seen the pizza quality be good at times but lately have been seeing the pizzas being made without care. I ordered a pepperoni pizza yesterday to had a 4in wide crust and a 4-5 inch area with cheese and pepperoni. Little things like this are the reasons people leave and just order from big box pizza places like Dominos and Papa Johns due to their consistency. The owner their seems very caring on quality but when he is not there it is like the saying goes, when the cat is away the mice will play. read more

Ordered takeout twice online. Ordering process was easy. I liked that you could customize your pizza with different types of crust toppers for free (Parmesan, Roma, garlic butter). The Parmesan was great on the crust only - got on the whole pizza once and it was a little over powering. Like the white pizza and the cheese sticks. Marcos is right up there with Pizza Hut for my first choice for pizza in the area. read more

Good pizza but last few times I tried to get a delivery on a Friday they told me that their delivery was closed. I called at 830 one time and 9 another time even though they didn't close until 11 pm and I only live about 5 min away they told me they will not deliver. So I called Dominoes. read more

Little more expensive than I want to pay. The pizza is good but 2.50 per topping is not the norm the competitors charge. I ordered online and my 10 dollar pizza was nearly double the price after delivery fee, extra topping fee, and the tax. I only wanted half the pizza with one extra topping. Online ordering is easy. I accidentally ordered from this location instead of the Wylie one. I called them to tell them I made a mistake and was very sorry but I couldn't drive to their location to pick up. They asked me what I wanted to do with it and I said whatever they do with pizzas that don't get picked up and they hung up on me. I was not rude or anything and was very apologetic because it was indeed my fault but hanging up on me certainly will keep me from ever going to their business in the future. read more

This place is busy for a reason. There is sometimes a wait. I order from home so it doesn't affect me. Buyer beware - this pizza may be addictive! Garlic crust is incredible. The two kinds of pepperoni compliment each other perfectly. Pepperoni magnifico should probably be outlawed it's so good. We've tried everything in the area and we love this place. The pizza here is actually great, but that is not why I gave it 2 stars. Its just a bit steep for the topping prices on pizza and if you get a delivery they barely go out of a 2 mile radius from their location so you have to pick up if you live 5 miles away. Also their wait time is extremely long service is just not where it could be. I ordered cinnamon sticks once and it oddly tasted salty instead of sweet (a little unpleasant). read more

Finally, a great restaurant with both excellent customer service AND some absolutely terrific pizza at this location. I had never heard of Marco's and was not excited about another pizza place in town. That has changed since we tried them! DH offered to go get a pizza since I wasn't hungry and didn't feel like cooking. He ordered what he loves (all meat) and he and Mom started eating. I happened to walk thru the kitchen and it looked pretty good, DH offered me a piece even though I wasn't hungry. Three pieces later, he asked that I step away from the pizza or go get my own. Since I was stuffed after eating 3 pieces, I didn't need any more pizza. The next day, my office in Dallas closed due to the ice. We were pleasantly surprised when I called Marco's to learn they were open and even offered to deliver our order. This time, Mom and I ordered the "Deluxe Uno" for the two of us and a small "Meat Supremo" for DH. We will never have to order extra cheese on a Marco's pizza. They use 3 different kinds and are very generous with it. They are also generous with the meats and veggies and the sauce is perfect in flavor and quantity. All ingredients are fresh, dough is made from scratch each day (yes, I am reading from their menu) and they offer 8 subs and many other dishes, desserts and salads. I will be eating leftover pizza for lunch today and plan to try one of their subs for dinner. Then I may need to go join a gym while I can still fit into my current clothes. Bottom line - I give Marco's pizza and service 5 stars and hope you give them a try! read more
