I don't know if it's apathy, poor training or bad management. Around 10AM I placed my order on their App. I scheduled my pickup time for 11:45. My pizza hadn't been made. This is the third or fourth time this has happened. The only employee was very sorry. I was told he could make it right then. Then he told me it would be around 15 to 20 min to be ready. I just said don't bother and left. I'm just happy I didn't pay for it when I placed my order. I like their pizzas. There staff is the issue. read more

I love the pizza but I think I got ripped off I used a coupon online and called the store the Guy told Me everything that I ordered I get there I'm like where is the rest of my order bathe manager said oh the online coupons don't work and i didn't think about the guy repeating my order Back when I called earlier instead of the manger saying hey let me fix it he did nothing I paid 24 dollars for two pizzas I could have gotten more bang for My buck at Pizza Hut but you live and learn and I won't be going again read more

I ordered online at 8:35 pm and I was emailed that the order should be ready at 9. I arrived at 9:10 and the order was not started. It took time to wait for it to be made. Once done I payed for the order with my credit card. There was no credit card machine and it looked like the number was typed in. Very strange. The person had my card for a while and then gave me the receipts. One for me to sign and another as my copy. This took such a long time I was in a rush to get out as my family was waiting for the food. I left the pizza shop and stoped by to get gas and I realized I did not have my credit card. It was never given back to me. Then I turned around and went back to the store. Once arrived I told the people there that my card was not given back to me. They acknowledged me for a second and went back to what they were doing. After about 10 minutes they asked me again about why I was there and I told them again that I did not receive my card back. The person very very briefly looked for my card (about 15 seconds). She didn't ask anyone else there about it just said there was no card. I asked for the managers card and they said that they had no cards or info for that. I insisted it should be there. After a little more inspection she saw it and gave it back to me. No apologies or acknowledgment on the delay or that they made a mistake. Finally upon arrival home I opened the pizza box to find out that they gave me the wrong pizza. This is the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Will not be investing in this pizza company ever. read more

When this location first opened, it was great. Some airmen from the local Air Force Base opened it. Not sure if ownership has changed through the years, but the service definitely has. Employees don't seem to care at all. Website doesn't work for this location and when we've told them about it, they just shrug. Took twice as long to get the pizza as what they told us. Inside of the restaurant looks trashy and dirty. My husband was a public health inspector and the condition of the place caught his eye. We won't order from this location again. It's not up to the standards of other Marco's (we have friends who own a franchise in another state), and I'm pretty sure this isn't the image that Marco's corporate offices want. Go to the Gravel Ridge location or a different pizza restaurant. read more

While I was in town I ordered from Marco's. The meat pizza was awesome and it was ready in a timely manner.

We did not go to the restaurant instead we ordered delivery from them. The pizza tasted and looked fantastic

Marco's used to be my go-to delivery place. I've ordered there so many times I get coupons sent to my house in the mail about twice a week. Now, although I get coupons in the mail, they all the sudden are under new mgmt and don't deliver in my area. I live 2 miles away! In the last two weeks I've argued with 2 different managers on two different occasions about if they delivered to my house. Which they had, without any problems, for about 6 months. The first manager apologized for her workers rudeness (which the girl who answered the phone was) and gave me 5% off. The other one continued to be just as rude and wouldn't even take my order. I wouldn't give such a low review, but honestly I gave them several chances. I even walked in the other day and the guy taking my order was very polite. But my sandwich made me sick. First off, their pizza is good, I have no complaint on that end. I have been here a few times and have noticed something though, the service is lack luster. Sure, they yell at you when you come in, but they don't do much else. I have had a few be rather rude here. Communicating that things such as the fountain machine being broken is not mentioned up front. I asked for mild, which anywhere else in the country means "mild buffalo" but these were just plain with no sauce, may have been my fault for not specifying but either way they were still really crappy. I always place my order and pay online before I pickup. Staff is friendly and always greet me at the door. Sometimes I have to sign for my credit card and other times I don't, even though I paid online. I'm not really sure what's going on with that... Maybe another opportunity to receive a tip? The pizza prices are a little high, but they are really good. They put just the right amount of sauce on each one, and are really generous with the other toppings. I've had one incident with a delivery delay, but they were right in it when I called, and gave me a free appetizer and discount for the inconvenience. Pizza is Great! Unfortunately, the service is where they fall short. On several occasions, i've brought to their attention that the price advertised on their menu (above the counter) and on their paper menus are inconsistant with what the are charging when they ring it up. When confronted, they are reluctant to honor the menu price saying that they have not had a chance to update them. My suggestion, honor the price on the menu and don't change it in your system until you update them! read more

We stopped using Marco's for awhile because of several issues with coupons but they have since changed ownership and they are our favorite go to for pizza again. Just called instead of ordering online and they helped me find a better deal than what I was trying to order. read more
