I love papa johns but this place is the worst experience I've ever had with ANY food establishment. Was given a 35 to 45 minute delivery estimate time, waited an hour. Called the store and they said "got someone on the way as we speak." Waited another 20 minutes, checked the email and they canceled the order on me. When I called again they hung up on me. I'm not one for supporting chains, but it was late, nothing else was open, and we were all hungry. We online ordered 50 minutes before closing and the site said between 45-50 minutes for delivery. Not a huge deal. Well, it took almost two hours for delivery. When we got our food, our double order of wings were four short. Come on, y'all can't count or did someone get hungry on the drive? We didn't get our dip either. Food was subpar. Wings were squishy and soggy. Pizza crust tasted like cardboard. We tipped 30% of the bill prior to delivery because we felt bad it was so late. **update: talked to the manager who was apologetic that the food was so late due to a driver shortage. Although the food was very late. It wasn't cold and it wasn't bad. Placed my order at 10:15pm. It showed a 42 minute delivery time. It is now 11:32pm. No pizza. Call the store and it gives a recorded message it is out for delivery and it will take 21 minutes. It has showed out for delivery for at least 40 minutes now on their app. If you want to eat in the same day as you place your order, don't order from here. read more

Pizza is ok but they'll ride around with it for an hour or more by The time you get it it'll be cold and soggy from sweating.

We ordered our pizza ,and when we got them the dough was raw on both of them. I called back and they said they would bring us another pizza in about 30-40 minutes. An hour later we got our 'new' pizzas and they were still raw. Would not recommend ordering from the papa John's on JFK. read more

Usually, this is my "go-to" for pizza. They stay open super late, which is good for me because I work late...that and the pizza is actually good. I am pretty regular at this location and haven't had any kind of problem before but tonight my opinion of the place takes a hard hit. I ordered my pizza at 09:27pm...I arrived at the store at 09:38pm...and I have been here waiting here for another 35 minutes. All the while, listening to the almost constant complaints, whining, and profanity when the phone rings or an online order comes through... It's like...if you don't want orders to come through and you don't want to make pizza...don't opt for a job at a busy pizza place. Super unprofessional and hurts my want to return. I got my pizza. Best delivery experience from a Papa Johns! Pizza arrived perfect, cooked perfectly, hot enough and beautiful. The delivery driver was very friendly, made small talk and was happy to do his job! It was also pouring rain so I thought for sure we would wait forever for our pizza or it would get to us ruined-nope! Ordered delivery from here after an 8 hour road trip to Little Rock. Needless to say I was starving and went for something that would be quick and reliable. I couldn't have been more wrong. The driver took almost twice as long as he was supposed to. He was very nice, but I still waited almost an hour when the delivery tracker said 20 mins. Then I get up to my hotel room and open the boxes and literally nothing was right. I paid for extra sauces which I wasn't given, and I ordered garlic parmesan breadsticks and instead just got plain, dry bread. I called immediately to request a fix and the manager said they would send me a new order but that it would take OVER 40 minutes--for garlic sauce??? I explained that I had been driving all day and was starving/couldn't waita 40 minutes. The response was "that's the only option." What a drastic misunderstanding of customer service. Not only is this the only pizza place in town that delivers to me, (I live right in town!) they're by far the friendliest in my opinion. After ordering delivery several times at this location I've found out they're just about the only place that has their whole menu until late and they're the only place that won't catch an attitude if you want a big order late at night (close to closing). The delivery drivers have also ALWAYS been super friendly. I understand some places is give and take depending on who drives your pie to you, but 5 out of 5 delivery guys have been an absolute delight. I give 5 stars solely on customer service. Because late at night I don't always crave Papa Johns specifically, but I do crave pizza and nice folks. read more

I forgot how good this location was. My wife used to order two pizzas a week for her grandchildren and one for me. We moved several miles away and after trying all the other places we came back to "Papa" on JFK. Today's pizza was ready just as we walked in. The service was friendly just like it always was. The pizza was wonderful. We will gladly pass all the other pizza places on our 20-25 minute drive. It was well worth it. read more
