Food and service is awful. They always been a bit rough. But there customer service sucks. I hope they bankrupt. They are rude a holes. They have a girl who has a iq of a snail that answers the phone. They messed up.my orders numerous times. Never offered to remake them. This last time. Tim the manager. Or owner or whatever offered me 50% nect over priced pizza instead of remaking there mistake. They must be broke to be hard up. Pizza cost is super low. They sell for almost 30 dollars for a 16in with 2 toppings and there cost may be 5 to u dollars if that. And they cant remake there mistakes up. And then dont have it delivered. It will arrive cold and nasty and then u will get a rude staff or a dum little girl that answers. Horrible. I am the idiot for being there customer. Soon they will go.under. if not. If I could give zero stars for customer service and incredible rudeness I absolutely would ,however the pizza was good delivery, guy got lost the incompetent woman took down the wrong address twice and then she was incredible, rude, and condescending . I have been eating Marco's Pizza for 20+ years and their pizza is awesome !! Also, the Marco Rolos are amazing ! However, the inside of the establishment is disgusting ! How is it I didn't know that there's an actual Chicago style pizza in the Milwaukee area? The alfredo sauce pizza is too much cheese, stick to the tomato based sauce. The crust is NOT burnt, it's Chicago style pizza, the crust should be caramelized. Now if they were going for authentic, there should be either Cubs or Sox (yech) paraphernalia, and Northwestern or Illinois (yech) decorations. Perfect time estimate, so important for pick up. I recently stayed in Oak Creek before a flight out of General Mitchell Airport in Milwaukee. We were starving and tried to order pizza. The first place we called was Lou Malnati's. They refused to deliver to us because we were "outside there delivery area." After that we called Marco's (which is actually further away. They delivered our sausage, mushroom and black olive pizza quickly and with no problems. It was fantastic. Crisp crust, lots of toppings and a flavorful sauce. If we are ever back in the area. Bianca Rollo: Let me begin by explaining that a "Rollo" is simply what a calzone is called at Marco's. I'm pretty sure they're identical with the exception that a Rollo is the size of a newborn baby. The Bianca Rollo substitutes classic tomato sauce with Alfredo sauce, which just like on pizza is amazing. In addition to the flowing levels of sauce there are copious amounts of Mozzarella cheese stuffed inside. Although the cheese and sauce steals the show, the crust is also tasty. The dough is paper thin towards the center and thick and chewy on the periphery. A flavorful seasoning coats the underside of this beautiful beast. I had my coworker over for a movie, and I decided to order pizza from Marco's. The order was delivered accurately by a friendly delivery driver after 45 minutes. My parents have always ordered thin crust from Marco's, and the cheese and toppings tend to fall off with one bite. I ordered the original crust, and while our large Meat Lover's pizza was so greasy that I had to wash my hands after taking it out of the bag, the pizza was delicious. I also like that they use bags instead of boxes, because it is less packaging to throw away after your meal. We also ordered an order of breadsticks, but unfortunately, the marinara spilled in the box, and the garlic parmesan topping mostly fell off the breadsticks. As you can tell they are just money hungry and the quality compared to west Allis just shows how much they don't really care.
