I had this brand's Italian pizza last time. It's unforgettable. I wonder if I can find that same flavor here. It was absolutely delicious. It was amazing.

How is it I didn't know that there's an actual Chicago style pizza in the Milwaukee area? The alfredo sauce pizza is too much cheese, stick to the tomato based sauce. The crust is NOT burnt, it's Chicago style pizza, the crust should be caramelized. Now if they were going for authentic, there should be either Cubs or Sox (yech) paraphernalia, and Northwestern or Illinois (yech) decorations. Perfect time estimate, so important for pick up. Do not for a minute think you can eat while driving, Chicago style pizza is messy.

Bianca Rollo: Let me begin by explaining that a "Rollo" is simply what a calzone is called at Marco's. I'm pretty sure they're identical with the exception that a Rollo is the size of a newborn baby. The Bianca Rollo substitutes classic tomato sauce with Alfredo sauce, which just like on pizza is amazing. In addition to the flowing levels of sauce there are copious amounts of Mozzarella cheese stuffed inside. Although the cheese and sauce steals the show, the crust is also tasty. The dough is paper thin towards the center and thick and chewy on the periphery. A flavorful seasoning coats the underside of this beautiful beast. I'm able to cut 3-4 slices out of this behemoth and with a price tag of $10 that's a steal. This is a must try, Doughboy Approved!

Awesome original old-school style pizza place. All of the family prefers this place even if there's 30 pizza places closer to home.

Marcos of Oak Creek makes a good pizza. Probably one of the best places in the area. Give them a try.

You can see the kitchen and when we went it was very dirty. Haven't been back since. Pizza was decent but can't get over the kitchen though.

The menu states a Chicago stuffed pizza and since I'm from Chicago I thought I would try it even though I'm a thin crust cracker fan tavern style pizza from Chicago. Most people people not from Chicago have this misconception that it's a thick crust and they are turned off and say it's pan pizza that has too much crust and I'm tired of correcting them. Yes it's cooked in a pan with a thin crust and high walls like a pie cooked upside down with the cheese and toppings on the bottom and topped with a thin crust or not but the pizza sauce/tomato purée on top. I ordered takeout with a friendly young woman and the restaurant was very nice as I walked around and probably the nicest in the area. My pizza was ready in about 30 minutes and it smelled amazing. I ordered a 12 in stuffed Chicago style pizza with sausage which could feed 4 regular people because it's packed with cheese and toppings/sauce like a pie vs a flat pizza. Halfway into two slices I was full with the meat sweats. The cheese pull was absolutely perfect just out of the oven. The sauce was tasty with a garlic flavor and not sweet which I prefer as an Italian American. The sausage was top quality with some zing. Overall as a chicogan who likes thin over stuffed pizza it was fuc%ing delicious. This is a really tasty pizza with quality ingredients so they hit this pizza out of the park today.

For the cost of the class, I would have thought I would have got a bit more. The other thing that disappointed me was the glasses are open to all ages of children. In my class, I was there with a middle school boy who somewhat took ownership of the class and wasn't behaving very appropriate for what I thought was an adult-only class. This was an event I purchased as an adult-friendly evening, I do wish this was stated when signing up for classes or at least offer adult-only or all ages classes. It just wasn't the vibe I was going for that evening and frankly was pretty annoying. Although, the owner did try to play down the boy's presence and kindly answer his questions, etc - I probably wouldn't take another class there unfortunately. I do enjoy the shop and the pasta is tasty.

Petra and Andy take such pride in their shop and it shows! We started wandering (and salivating over) their small but impressive selection of sauces, oils, salts, and Italian goodies. They have samples of most of their items, so definitely ask when you're in! The class started with Petra giving a brief overview of the general recipe and then we got our hands dirty almost immediately kneading the dough. The dough got to rest for a bit while we got to sip on some beautiful red wine and Petra taught us how to make a puttanesca sauce. When we went back to knead some more, Andy had magically cleaned the stations and set us up for the next round! On our next rest break, Petra finished assembling the puttanesca with some pasta she made earlier that day and we got a healthy serving of fresh pasta and puttanesca, followed by a sample of some of the most amazing Panettone I have ever had. The care that Petra and Andy put into their work is evident, and their commitment to supporting organic, high quality foods is remarkable. Looking forward to many more classes here!

No one offered me a menu to select something else. Waitress literally did not make eye contact or ask until everyone else was done eating if the owner was getting me anything else. She literally had NO clue the owner wasn't having something remade or had given me a menu. No communication between owner and staff whatsoever. Owner said it is "not my job to talk to the waitress. That's YOUR ISSUE. You are making an issue of this" what?!! I would like to eat!! I DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING TO EAT AND NO ONE CARED!!! The owner made it very clear because I questioned how the fish was cooked I did not "deserve" to eat and "his chef would not remake it". (Clearly the chef has no clue how to cook Chilean sea bass.) Fine - then how about bringing me a menu? He literally refused to talk to his own waitress. She had NO idea what our conversation had been nor that he wasn't having something else made. "It's not my job." Yes it is!! If you go - don't question anything if it's not right. They will literally NOT serve you. And the waitress ALSO never brought me a menu after she found out the owner was washing his hands of it. Completely a waste of time. Plenty of tables when we got there, and were seated right away. It's a converted home (remodeled long ago), and there are multiple rooms for dining, which give it a more relaxed feel. The design/decor does look a bit dated. Our server got right to us. Got menu and ordered a couple of Sangrias. The Sangrias were red, refreshing, and a good amount. Given the lateness of the evening, we didn't get any appetizers, but I would have liked to try the Calamari (next time). We ended up with a small "special" pizza and the Lobster Ravioli. There were several choice for sauce of the ravioli and I chose butter garlic. While waiting for our entrees, we were served a basket of garlic bread. The bread was fresh, warm, and plenty of butter and garlic. A nice treat. The ravioli also came with a small house salad. Good, but nothing out of the ordinary. It didn't take too long for the entrees (we were the only customers), and they were hot, flavorful, and good portion sizes. Both were good, but if I had to be honest, not great. The pizza crust was thicker than we like. And the ravioli pasta was very good, but the filling was more like a paste with small pieces of lobster. Definitely could have benefitted by having more lobster. The service was very good, up to the point that we got our meals. After that, we never saw our waitress, until we were finished with our meal, and even then we had to ask someone to find them. Maybe they were busy cleaning up? Not sure. Overall, okay, but with some attention to some finer details could be so much better. Didn't end up on our "gotta get back to that place" list :(
