I just happened to be on the Marco's app and noticed one of my offers was a large 2-topping pizza for $8.99....now that's a deal. I placed an order for pickup. Located in the Northridge Shopping Center, this Marco's was small with adequate table seating inside. Upon entering, I was greeted by a male employee. I informed him I was picking up an order and was given my hot box of pizza within seconds. The pizza was made exactly how I ordered it...thick soft crust with white sauce, cheese, grilled chicken, and mushrooms. It was really good and full of flavor. I managed to eat two slices. Always saw commercials for this place on television and wanted to try. We were not disappointed. The pepperoni was super crispy. Toppings did not slide off. Thin crust extra crunchy. You can tell they use higher quality ingredients. The large is massive! Will try other locations. read more

Contacted marcos they "CLAIMED" the issued a refund. then they claimed it again, then they will contact me and refund me cash and give me free pizza and a store credit all this stuff. NOBODY CALLS. I thought Marcos was a traditional pizza spot but after visiting it is no different than your dominos, papa John's. I can't speak on the pizza bc I only stopped in for wings but the wings were not good at All. I've always hated fast food pizzeria wings. They're rubbery and gross, as were these. I recently read the reviews for this pizza place and I was genuinely surprised at the negative ones. This is at least our 4th time ordering delivery and honestly, the pizza comes fast, is as ordered, and is excellent. They always have some great value coupons too. These two pies were $24.99 combined. Oh, and we've had friends over for football games and they agree that it's delicious. Ordered an XLg 2 topping pizza, there was 3" of dough around it the actual sauce, cheese and toppings was more like a medium pizza, they cut it all different sizes, the taste was not bad but who wants all that dough. I called the manager Carlos to complain about the dough and how it was cut, and he starts making excuses how I should have ordered lite dough really, never knew that was a thing. I place an order for three cheesesteaks 2 with out mayo and one with mayo. the problem made a mistake with the with mayo with the 6 inch when it was suppose to be a 12 inch (my mistake). I called with in seconds of placing the order to get the 6 inch change to a 12 inch and they refused to do it. I was suppose to pay cash when they got at the door. They still would not do it. They have very bad customer service. I call them again for the progress of the order and they cancel it on us because I got into a rightful argument about the order! Curbside pick up. They never read it. Any way. The pizza was cold. Wings are nasty. And the cinnamon rolls. Needed baking. Just bad experience all the way around. I know your new to the area. If I could give it 0 stars I would based on a customer service rating. We ordered a pizza and opted for the delivery option as we have multiple times already in the past with no issue. Today, after they accepted my payment, showed updates on the pizza tracker saying "making, on the way & delivered" we searched for our delivery and no where to be found. We called the store and were told that they didn't make it because our location was .17 miles outside of their "new" delivery radius of 2.5 miles. Their excuse for not contacting us that the order would not be made was that "they got slammed" while there manager (Jesus) then changed the story and said "they have nothing to do with the app, they didn't even see the order and it automatically was voided." When asking for the general managers contact information the current manager did not know any of his information on how to contact and trying to get the name was a battle in itself. This was the worst customer service I have ever received and this marcos location should be ashamed on how they were represented by the current team on shift. When I asked if they would confirm my refund the "manager" working said he couldn't but maybe on Monday it'll work. I WILL be following up with them to ensure my refund is issued and I will NEVER order from this place again. read more
