I have to say the app ordering experience was a little frustrating, mostly at the end when you have to include your information and it keeps trying to get you to join the blaze points flame club, but even though I'm already a member I don't order enough to make it worthwhile so I was trying to bypass it and I couldn't. I was in the area and was craving some Blaze pizza. They were pretty crowded, so the wait was longer than usual. This location seems to need to have more employees working during lunchtime. I waited at least 15 minutes to order. I was hungry so I figured it would be quicker to wait than go somewhere else. I ordered their September special which is the Mega Mushroom pizza. It is a regular pizza with cheese and sauce and ....you guessed it...lots of mushrooms. I brought my pizza home and it tastes very good. I don't live around the corner so I was glad the pizza held up well. I also ordered a S'mores dessert which I heated up at home. They will also do this at the restaurant. She didn't even offer us what kind of crust she just assumed that we want it regular even though I know you guys have different crust, example gluten-free keto crust, etc., but none of those were offered. My boyfriend was trying to order cheesy bread his first time around in the line and the young lady with the reddish brown hair pretending like she didn't hear him so he ended up having to go back in the line again and get the cheesy bread and when he did get the cheesy bread, the first time she put like scarce amount of cheese on it he had to ask the manager on duty to put more cheese And it was almost like pulling teeth just to get what he actually ordered. When it was time to call out the order for the cheesy bread, my boyfriend's name again was called wrong, even though he spelled his name out for the person and pronounce it for them, he explained to the manager what happened instead of her apologizing she said oh I would've spelled it I would've said it wrong too, my mom always taught me if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. She could've merely apologized and left it alone. Instead, she proceeded to be unprofessional. This isn't fair we come & spend our money and we patronize the business but no longer will be coming to this location I will go drive all the way to Davie or drive all the way up to Boca before I come back to this blaze pizza again Yes it will be a ride, but we'll have some type of customer service oriented people working and we won't have to worry about someone getting a slick mouth with us when we were just trying to ask questions. read more

The staff here was very nice! A very small blaze location. They were playing good music. Our pizzas came out great, my only complaint is something on my pizza smaller like dirty mop water. We've had. Blaze probably 30x at least now from Chicago locations to Orlando, and a few other locations in south FL. I've never experienced this before. Also- I LOVE that they have chicken as an option but the quality has seem to go decline a lot over the years. At this point I'm not even sure if the chicken is actual chicken. So my hubby and I just visited this location while visiting family in the Fort Lauderdale. We previously visited Blaze in California (Los Angeles area) and decided to give this location a try. The overall experience was pretty standard for this type of business and the area. I would have given this location a 3, but the young lady that made my pizza was so patient as I was being so indecisive trying to put a good combination together. So my hubby and I order 2 build your own personal pizzas. The total came to about $26, with 2 medium drinks. So let's begin with the location. This location still has tables unavailable due to the COVID restrictions, but they do have outdoor seats available. There were 3 tables for 2 ppl and 1 table for 4 ppl, indoors. So in total, 10 people can sit indoors. I didnt not count how many outside but there was some seating. This establishment is in a strip mall, so cars would be parked very near by where you are eating outside. From a cleanliness standpoint, it was ok. There was a fly in the resturant. Although that was annoying, it wasn't the worst in the world. The serving area where the food came from was ok, but you would want to pay attn to them if you have any food allergies from cross contamination. The team did all wear gloves, but the same hand that went into the fresh mozzarella water also is dealing with meat and veggies. Overall basic cleanliness. They didn't not have any of the team members out actively wiping down tables. Our table, we wiped down from crumbles of the previous customer. Currently no covid type cleaning is happening. The taste of the food was fine. That is largely due to my selection of items. Overall, I would entertain going again in another City. If I was in the area again, I would probably go a different resturant. It wasn't memorable, but not bad. The drinks were pretty good.
