The lady just turned around and told the person in the back to start making them. That's wild to me--did you just forget my entire order? Last week I came in and asked for a medium pie with vegan cheese and it was great. Just today, I asked for the same exact pie, but they put dairy cheese on the pizza. I order vegan cheese because my sister is allergic to dairy. She had an allergic reaction and I had to call the ambulance. She got swollen and she could not breathe. I went back to Jojo's once she got discharged from the hospital to let them know what happened and asked for the right cheese on the pizza in exchange for their mistake. The owner refused to replace the pizza and also refused a refund claiming they no longer serve vegan cheese on pizzas. The owner said "he didn't want to deal with it". The cashier I ordered the pizza with never told me they no longer make pizza with vegan cheese. This is bad business. I've ordered from them many times, never again. A simple sorry and brand new pizza would have made a difference. Edit: And the complaint was done hours later after being rushed off of the beach in an ambulance and spending hours at the hospital while my sister was struggling to breathe and being treated. They had to watch over her until it was safe to be discharged. Whoever responded is a horrible human. My sister could have died if we did not have an EpiPen to hold her over until the ambulance came. You need to train your employees better and own up to your wrong doings. read more
