I'm not a big fan of pizza, but I have to say that I was pretty impressed with this place. My wife and I split a medium original crust pizza, with different toppings for each of us. Very affordable and tasted great. Also had the garden salad, which was great too. When my wife wants pizza we will definitely be headed back to Marco's Pizza! read more

I have had the worst experience with this location. Ordered online about a month ago. Never received my order, so I called the store and the manager was very rude and said the computers were down so they never got my order, but my online payment went thru as soon as I put the information in. Today 10/26/2016 I ordered again, I got a meatball sub and it is ice cold. I ordered online at 10:45, said my order would be to me at 11:37. at 12 I called the store and was told it was leaving the store in 2 minutes. When I got my foot it was ice cold like it was never warmed up. This is ridiculous. Hope someone else has better luck with better manager service and getting hot/not ice cold/ food read more

By far one of the best pizza places anywhere. There is nothing I could say negatively about Marcos. I've never eaten inside, I've always picked up my order but the toppings, crust, cheese sticks are much better than the big chain pizza companies. I've gotten it for my coworkers and they have gone back on their own. The manager Dante is very friendly and extremely approachable for the customers. The pizza was great and they have a menu with a wide variety. However, some of their menu items are not worth trying. Their wings are bland and don't pack any heat or flavor. We recently tried their cheeseburger pizza and it was a bust. It was just the regular ground beef on pizza. When my dad was ordering, they even asked him if we wanted beef on it. WHAT THE!?! When we tried their lunch hour buffet line, there was hardly anything out. Pizzas went by fast, only ONE of their desserts was served and new pizzas were slowly being brought out to the buffet table. If I could give them a zero, I would! We ordered our food through Waitr: 2 spaghetti/ meatballs, 1 spaghetti meat sauce, pepperoni rolls and asked for 2 salads with French dressing and 1 with 1000 island. When we got the food, we got 3. Spaghetti/ meatballs and all 3 salads had Ranch dressing. I called to tell them of their mistake and they blamed Waitr!!!! At first, they said what we got is what I ordered. I told them I had the receipt that said what I ordered. Then he told me to come in so I could get the correct order. Then the guy repeated what my order was and he repeated the correct order!!! Which is it?!?! Then he continued to blame Waitr!! And then to top it off, he told me that he just got there and didn't know what was going on!!! Smh!! I'm calling the manager tomorrow!! And we paid $55.00 for everything and it didn't taste very good!! The spaghetti has at least a half cup of water and the meatballs were frozen!! We have eaten here 3 times during our move to Pasadena in the past 2 weeks. Love the thin crust pizza, cheesy bread, and salads. Only disappointment to the kids was the extra cheese, extra large, but that was just personal preference. Customer service has been decent to great. I love this pizza like seriously I come here all the time. But today I encountered an employee that was extremely rude. She was rude to me before but I blew it off thinking maybe she was having a bad day. But this time the girl was noticeably being ugly to me. My daughter even commented on it. I don't know the girls name but she is a white girl that is fairly thin built with piercings in her face. Definitely our family's favorite pizza place! Ingredients are fresh n delicious and the crust is perfect! The staff is super friendly (besides 1 grl with a not so great attitude or knowledge of their great company) and the manager is awesome and obviously does a great job there! I had a really great experience with Marco's. We ordered an x-large pepperoni pizza and got it delivered. It came hot and quickly. I loved the sauce and the ratio of toppings to cheese is perfect. I ordered pizza and never received it! When I called to ask what happened I was told told that they have new drivers and we're resending my order out. By this time it was too late to wait for another pizza to be delivered for my family so I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. I was assured my refund would be done and they apologized. Well, Thursdays must be bad for business. At least for this one. Supposed to open at 11:00am. Got here at 11:05, not opened. 2 pizzas under the light with bread sticks. Waited until 11:09, still locked. Did some running around. Returned at 11:25am, unlocking doors as I walked up. Already, 1st customer, hot pizza, my choice. NOT!! Same 2 pizzas as were there at 11:05. As of 11:50, still the only customer and same cold pizzas as at 11:05. Nothing new put out. After having a couple of cold slices, had enough. Never again!!! I hate to be picky, but details matter! First: tried to order online and their system was apparently down... I phoned my order in and it was lengthy and difficult as the guy on the other end was obviously being pulled in other directions. I asked for 3 ranch packets for my salad and pizza. I also asked for garlic butter dipping sauce. I received 2 packs of ranch and zero garlic butter dipping sauce. The salad was great! The pizza was just okay. Not very hot upon delivery. Great Pizza! Nice Staff! Taste fresh and homemade. Once we ordered from them on a busy football Sunday and they took an hour to delivery. But the pizza was still fresh and the manger called my husband the next day to apologize and gave us a pizza on the house. It showed they care about their customers.
