The pizza itself was average. The staff wanted meat, but I'm a vegetarian so I asked for the half vegetarian and half meat. I specified to them that there should be no meat on the vegetarian side and reiterated this in person when I went to go pick it up. Sure enough as I'm meeting my first slice there were pieces of meat on the vegetarian side. I suppose they thought they were doing me a favor. Completely insensitive. read more

This is my favorite pizza in Houston. I've had several of the best offerings. Franks, Pinks, Star, etc. The only other pizza place that comes close to being as good as Brooklyns is Brothers Pizza. Ultimately, I decided this one is the best. They have quality ingridients, the price is right, and it's tasty! It truly is like a New York style pizza. A good New York style pizza! I posted two pictures. One was ordered on one day, and the other was on another day. I did this to show some consistency. Every time I order, the pizza comes out good. Pizza Hut is notorious for inconsistent pizzas. Brooklyns will make it right every time. They have a point system that allows you to get a free pizza after you get a certain number of points. I think it's basically if you spend $200, you get a $20 pizza. The points do expire in a year, which is unfortunate because you would have to eat pizza basically every month. If you live in Baytown, this is a must try. I'm glad I live so close to what I consider the best pizza in Houston. read more

This is our second visit to Brooklyn Pizzeria. Our first visit consisted of their lunch 2 slice special which was a great deal at $4.99. Our second visit consisted of a whole 14in Meat Lovers pizza and a Caesar Salad to share. The flavor of the pizza is good however the topping for meat lovers was totally lacking. I have gotten other chains meat lovers and they pile it on. Not here though. I was disappointed to eat a mostly cheese pizza with very little topping on it. Caesar dressing was a bit too sweet in our opinion however it's big enough to share for 3 @ $5.99. The decor is nice inside with ample booth seating that actually fits a larger person without having to worry if your gut will fit literally lol. I think we will just stick to their lunch specials for the value otherwise we'll skip ordering whole pizzas due to the lack of craftsmanship with the toppings and lack thereof. read more

This place saved me on a busy work day without hurting the pocketbook. I love places that sell by the slice. I got a slice of cheese pizza and a soda for less than $5. Customer service was good. The staff was very friendly and the place looked pretty clean. My order was quickly made so I didn't have to wait too long. A drive thru would be convenient but I guess you can't have everything. As for the pizza, the sauce, cheese, and crust were all very tasty. The slice was nice and big. I love the New York style pizza that's not too doughy, so it really hit the spot. I did dock a point for the excess grease. Nothing a few dabs with a paper towel couldn't fix, but still... not quite 5 star worthy. I would recommend this place for a quick lunch stop. This was my first time coming here. The pizza is delicious! I am originally from Brooklyn and I can say this pizza is close to what it tastes like back home. Not exactly and the slices are smaller but definitely tastes great. I will be back to try their salads and pasta dishes. The garlic knots were not that great. WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Every order we've ever placed has been correct. Dine in or dine out. The pizza is always hot and not sloppy. Their Cesar salad dressing is my favorite of anywhere. The lettuce is always fresh, plenty of cheese and croutons and there's always the perfect amount of dressing to cover everything. Pizza had thin crunchy crust and was pretty good. Tons left over! Only issue was the greasiness. Not sure if this is how it is in Brooklyn, but I had to use several napkins to soak up puddles of grease. Customer service was nice and store is clean which is why I'm giving this place 4 stars. Mozzarella sticks are yummy. Salami topping looks and tastes like ham, but I was reassured it was salami. I don't think I'd come here again though, I'll stick with mod pizza in Baytown. Pretty good! TX may know BBQ but when it comes to pizza, outside of Italy, the north east rules. Living in Philly for almost ten years spoiled me. Although I prefer living in TX, I sometimes miss good pizza which I'm sorry to say, is not easy to find. Well I guess these employee's don't know how to read an online order. I ordered a 18" size with the following toppings, half and half. First was th pineapple OVER THE WHOLE PIE. then marinated mushrooms on the other half, well guess what I got pepperoni on the whole pie. I would think they made a mistake and gave me someone else, if it weren't for the pineapple. This was literally the worst pizza place I've ever been too. I'm going to try and describe their pizza.... It looked like they just cook frozen cheese pizza and when it's done they put the toppings on top and warm them up. It was VERY obvious that the toppings were not cooked with the pizza. I ordered 2 slices of Hawaiian pizza. The ham looked like it came out of a kids lunchable and was barely warm!!!!!! It looked sooo effing disgusting but I decided to at least taste it since I paid 17 f****** dollars for it. It was literally gross. And waterfalls of grease poured out with every bite I took. My 9 year old eats anything. He didnt even like it. He got 1 slice of pizza with hamburger beef on top and he said the meat looked raw and it didnt taste good at all. He took 2 bites and was done. The kid eats more than me anyday and he couldn't even stand it. I should have taken a picture but my phone was in my car. I so wish you guys could see what this ham looked like on my pizza.
