The new management is great! I went in last month to pick up a couple pizzas and Linda and new employee Matt were so kind and welcoming, they greeted each guest that walked in and made sure everyone felt seen, sharing their warm, kind energy with everyone. Linda was incredibly thoughtful and courteous. Would recommend. Plus, the product itself is way better than other locations. I love going to this location when I'm in Oklahoma, but I don't go to Marcos in my own state because it's nowhere near as good as the quality of this location. read more

Good pizza, good prices and deals especially on Tuesdays. This location was rough at first with the first 5 or so orders I made being 15 mins late or later when I ordered ahead. Now though they are usually on time or a few minutes early. The seating is fine, store ambiance is what you'd expect. I just moved to the state and had never eaten at a Marcos before. I have eaten here three times now and I am pleasantly surprised at how good the pizza is. The crust is nice and chewy and there are a good amount of toppings on the pizza. The staff were all friendly and have greeted me as soon as I walk in the door. I will not bother to give a star rating to a pizza place that doesn't answer. The phone doesn't deliver pizza and gives you lukewarm when you shop finally show up to get your own delivery. Don't go here if you're hungry it'll be an hour late and you might or might not get your food It sucks and all I got was excuses for why I didn't get my food to begin with. they were busy, but there was nobody in the store they have their phones were busy, but nobody was ringing in the phones weren't ringing when I was there so if you're hungry, find another pizza place because this place sucks.!!!! read more

We're in town from Texas and prob have some of the best pizza establishments back home but Marco's did not disappoint us. My husband is straight Keto and they also have the crustless pizza which was just as good as the pizza itself. The Greek salad was fresh and delish. I travel every week and Marco's is available in many of the cities I visit. This Marco's had poor service. I ordered a dipping sauce that I paid extra for and it wasn't delivered. I ordered online and called after I ordered to request plates and a fork for my salad. The person that took the call assured me they would be in the order and hung up before I could say thank you. Ordered about 8 pizzas from here one night as our crew was working late and missed dinner. The pizza was hot and fresh, but was pretty bland tasting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an employee at a table buy the register with his head down sound asleep. He was snoring away and nobody seemed to care. Not really the best way to make an impression on customers. Used to be my favorite place in Ponca to get pizza; but the last several (like 5,6, maybe more) they haven't gotten my order right. I always order online and get jalapeños added to at least half of the White Cheezy-well, for the last 8 months to a year, I never get them! Tonight I ordered a medium half cheese half sausage pizza and a medium white cheezy with jalapeños and black olives: what do you know-no peppers or olives. This has gotten beyond frustrating. They really suck. They charge 3 dollars for delivery, yet they don't give it to the driver. They say it isn't for the boxes and when you push for an answer as to why, they tell you that they don't actually know the reason. So, when you pay for delivery charges, that they don't apply towards delivery, and then you add in a tip for the driver, since he doesn't receive the delivery charge for his fuel and car, then you pay upwards of 25 percent or more for delivery. It's a little more pricey than some of the other pizza places but it is by far the best, and worth every penny! Super friendly staff too! I ordered the Italian sub and planned on eating half of it for lunch, however I ended up eating the whole thing! It was delicious! The mozzarella cheese was thick and gooey, the Italiano Dressing was tart and tasty. I ordered online and it is really easy to do. This has to be one of my favorite pizza places in town. There service is fast and courteous. Every time I walk in they great you like family. That's the best part for me. Makes me want to come back. Let me start of by saying the food isn't bad. The last 3 times I ordered pizza it took about 45 minutes to get my food. The first time they brought wrong food. The second time they didn't bring soda or sauces which I paid extra for and the third was last night. They took over an hour and 30 minutes to bring me a salad and oven roasted sandwich. The delivery driver was very respectful and very apologetic. None the less, my sandwich was very cold and my salad was warm..? Didn't know they warm up the lettuce. I called to speak to the manager come to find out he's only 20 years old and I asked him what he can do for me to compensate for the long wait and his response was "the best I can do is give you a free pizza, is that cool?" My response. Sure. Just make sure that when I get my pizza that it's at least warm. I do not recommend anybody go there to order anything. You will most likely be paying for bad service.
