We have ordered from this particular Marcos several times, no more. I ordered an hour before pickup, I arrived for pickup 3 minutes prior and employee stated not ready he was making it now. I asked why it was not ready at designated time and he became very rude and told me he's busy and I'm not the only person ordering. Another customer came in and stated they had been waiting 30 minutes for a pizza they ordered earlier. This employee also became rude with them also. This guy should never be allowed to deal with the public again if he can't handle stress. I ended up leaving with no pizza. read more

10/10 every single time. The bad reviews must have been from a time where there was different management. The sauce to cheese ratio is perfect every single time. I wish they had a rewards program because we frequent here so much, it would be nice. Only reason I'm not giving five out of five stars is because sometimes the slices are barely cut at all which makes it so hard to serve. Overall, def would recommend over Papa Johns Or Dominos! Marco's Pizza is way yummy. Storefront is delivery and takeout only with a bench for waiting. We ordered their XL 2topping special for $11.99. Pizza was up in 10 minutes. Scooted home to the flock to see, smell and taste the verdict. Absolutely 4 solid stars. Nice crust, great sauce and just enough cheese. Let me tell you we had to order another because it wasn't enough . Two toppings is just right for me though, the supreme my hubby ordered the second time around was just too busy for me. This was NOT Marco Pizza's fault, just personal preference. Their white sauce is good, not overly salty either. Andria, the girl up front, was helpful and had just enough spunk to make me happy I stopped in. Great customer service. Not a ton of options that other pizza places don't have, however I will say they are cheaper than Domino's and their delivery time is quick! We were expecting an hour long wait and the delivery person came half an hour earlier which was awesome! They have really good crust options as well. read more

Pizza is great. Pick up is great. Delivery sucks ... I mean sucks. I always ordered from Marco's. I like the crust topper options and taste of pizza. The last time I ordered, I got delivery. The pizza took 2 hours to deliver. I called 45 min into order and was told out to deliver. I called a little after an hour and the same response. An hour and a half later I let my wife call, she was hangry and they had a too bad attitude as if there is nothing wrong with their delivery time. By the end of our call we were offered a mere 25% off our next order ... And they would know by ordering with our phone number. I was mad because I was already charged and the process of cancellation and getting my money back would take a few days. So, over 15 more minutes passed ... we were on our way out the door to go elsewhere and demand our money back for paying for something we never received. The delivery person arrived and we gave them the benefit of accepting delivery. Since that order, I have been faithful to Papa John's. Maybe one day I will come around. But if you can't deliver in 45 min than don't take the order or call and let the customer know. The pizza place is on customers time not the other way around. read more

Marcos pizza is the best chain in Fayetteville. They don't taste like chain made pizza and their quality is fabulous. I must admit, their prices are sometimes a little high; however I'm willing to pay it for the thick bready crust, tasty red sauce, and the toppings are great. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because they could be a little cheaper. Delicious food and competitive prices. Excellent customer service and polite staff, including management. Placed a delivery order, Tammy was incredibly polite and explained the current offers or deals. Food arrived fast and the delivery driver was very polite. The 2 liter we ordered was however MIA so the delivery driver stated she would come back with it. Expecting a 15-30 min wait for the 2 liter I was pleasantly surprised and shocked to see the delivery driver standing at my door not even 10 mins later with a 2 liter in her hands. She went out of her way to purchase a 2 liter at a nearby gas station rather than make us wait 15-30 mins for one at Marco's. I couldn't thank her enough, she was very genuine and gave a lasting impression. More companies could learn a thing or two from such outstanding customer service. The pizza was terrific! Perfectly cooked Parmesan crust perfectly seasoned! I don't know if it's so good because it was a late night craving LOL. I also ordered a salad that was also really good. The employees ROCK! I usually order online and pick up at location. Every time I do the employers are so nice and actually seem like they care about their customers. I came a few minutes early to pick up and they were updating me on my wait time even though I didn't care about having to wait since I was the one that showed up early. Try the brownie dessert they're new and yummy! Once you buy one pizza they always tack on coupons which is awesome! The workers look like straight homeless or trailer park trash. The worker smoke in front of the store eat in front of costumers, handle money and go right back to fixing food after their smoke break etc without even washing their hands! They don't use gloves when fixing your food! No mask are worn so you see most of the worker rotten teeth when they take your order!! read more

Pepperoni magnificent is my jam! They have perfected the pepperoni pizza with this one. I try to get it when it's on special as sometimes the "specialties" are a little pricey compared to competitors around here. They are pretty quick when it comes to getting your order ready (15 minutes for pickup, have yet to try delivery).
