After ordering for several years from this place, and getting the wrong order about 60% of the time, figured I'd write a review. The pizza's pretty good but I'm a little pissed off. They delivered the wrong order again for the umteenth time and I called them to complain and they told me they don't sell the special that I ordered. Mind you, this is the special that I confirmed with the fellow on the phone that I ordered and that I have ordered for several years, as recently as 2 weeks ago. I order it just about every two weeks and have for at least 5 years. No joke. 1 X large pizza with 1 topping. You can find it on the app as one of the specials right now if you look. He had the nerve to tell me they haven't offered it for at least 6 months and that I must have misunderstood the previous rep. His solution was to make a note on my account for employees to read back my order to me in the future, as if the problem was with me. Guess what....it's your owner's problem because I'm going to make sure not to order here again. read more

We started ordering Marcos weekly bc the kids like their pizza and cheesy bread. Not to mention all the promotions we get for them through the Tomball elementary school. Will NOT be ordering from them anymore. Wife ordered online and after a hour called back to learn they did not receive the order. Girl who answered the phone was rude and hung up on my wife. We called back and tried to reorder through phone and they do not offer the online promotion over the phone. Dominoes is now on the way. Hard to support local business when they aren't held to a corporate standard. Your employees are a reflection of your business and will effect your bottom line. read more

Not sure if the manager is not working today, but they were very unorganized. Both myself and the the customer ahead of me had phone in orders. They waited until we arrived to the store to begin cooking it. The told me it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. 45 minutes to get my 2 large pizzas. I am so disappointed at their costumer service!!!! I had to order 3 large pizzas for everyone in my office as I was driving...so I couldn't look at the menu... I was very disappointed in the service tonight. Over the phone I was told a 25 minute wait however I waited an hour before requesting a refund. I was told repeatedly one item is ready, we're waiting on the rest; I only ordered 2 items...go figure. All the while folks were walking in and out with their orders. The manager worked the waiting area socializing but never once apologized for the delay although the cashier informed him I'd been waiting a really long time. Ok walk in and ordered from here last night and let's say we won't be back. They took our order promptly started preparing it as fast. Then while waiting for our food to finish cooking one of the employees (who had just been outside smoking) came in and started building pizzas. NEVER washed his hands. Yesterday 7/11 ordered two medium pizza's. Both pizza's were salty and tasted horrible from the marinara sauce. I was able to eat 2 slices from one pizza and 1 slice from the other and threw the rest away. What a waste!!! This was on my 3rd time going to this location due to me living right down the street. Order delivered was correct, hate when something is forgotten or left out, not the case here. Now for the food, ordered XL pizza with 3 toppings, regular crust tasty, better than other chain pizza places. Wings were plump and juicy, not much of a crispy skin if that's what you're looking for. This place customers service is HORRIBLE. I called my order in 10 mins to 6:00pm and placed my order. The gentlemen who took my order over the phone said 20 mins. The pizza tastes good and has quality ingredients. However, everytime I order from here they get some part of my order wrong. Most of the time it's small ingredients or sides, but One time I ordered a large "the works" pizza but got a cheese pizza instead. We ordered pineapple/pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread, cinnamon bread & root beer for carry out. I ordered online & prepaid with my credit card. I had my mother in law pick it up for me & it was all ready in less then 10minutes! Unfortunately they forgot to give her my root beer but I was able to call & they said they would take the charge off my credit card. The pizza was awesome, the cheesy bread was hearty & the cinnamon bread was so yummy I couldn't stop stuffing my face with it. Marcos is the favorite go to pizza place in my house. Their pizzas are good and they have fast delivery but they can be a little pricey. They charge you a delivery fee and want you to put a tip on top so that could add as much as 5 dollars or more to the bill.
